This is gonna be kinda a long post but I bought a snap on impact off of there ebay store and long story short usps lost the package for about two months and ended up showing back up to them and they reshipped it for free would highly recommend these guys for anything very helpful and communication was perfect I would give them 100 stars out of five went above and beyond what they had to!

I had never shopped in a pawn store before but what great customer service! Polite, professional and a clean well-organized store! Very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the managers, Tony Figueroa, went way above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. Highly recommended and well worth your time. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

Remedy Pawn & Jewelry is one of the cleanest pawn shops in town! Great prices on those treasure items, that you may be looking for! The pawn broker BB that was helping me find a ring for my special occasion she was absolutely astounding! Her shear knowledge of the items that I inquired about was amazing, she was polite and Very welcoming. After my experience with Her I will definitely be returning to this store As it was a breath of fresh air to see someone take so much pride In their job! I will also be letting family and friends know it’s a Great place with Great service to find those Christmas gifts you might be looking for!

Remedy pawn rocks! Went in there and a gentleman named Tony Figueroa helped me with what I was looking for and not only that but a great price! I would highly recommend this store nice and clean, great help and of course good deals. They even helped me carry out my item my car which is a huge plus in my book. When I cashed out for my item Tony gave me his card and said if you are looking for anything to give him a call, that makes a customer feel good to know that he and the rest of the employees in that store care about there customers. If you get some time go see for yourself!!!!! 👍🏼

To whom it may concern, I bought a mobility scooter today and the gentleman that help me was Tony he was very respectful and compassion, it was the best customer service I have gotten in a long time he went beyond to help me get the scooter in my car. If anyone wants great service go to remedy and say hello to Tony, the management are very compassionate too. Thank you. My dad loves his scooter.

i just wanted to come on here and say that Tony Figueroa the assistant manager at this location has been such an amazing help with every question, concern, and flexibility. he’s has taken into account everything i have told him and he’s has made things so much easier for me, he gives such great customer service, he’s so sweet, and above all understanding. 10/10 would refer you to this location you will be treated great, listened to, and understood... i honestly have no negative feedback
