I found this place on the “OfferUp” app. And visited this store on 12/7/2018. Before driving to this location. I contacted the sell; and asked "How much are the colored Murano Pandora Charms"? On the app I was told that the charms; that I specifically by color and shape. I was told, and had proof in writing that they would be $20.00; and available before I came in. I drove to this location from Miami. When I walked in; I was greeted by A man at the counter; who was Jamaican; I believe. He showed me the charms, and said the ones that I specifically asked for on “OfferUp”; were now $35.00. I asked; why were he telling me different price; from which I were quoted online on OfferUp; not even 30 minutes prior to my arrival. He tells me that I was quoted the wrong piece. And, the person managing the app. didn't know what they were talking about. He said that since I was mislead; "THIS TIME", he will allow me to buy only 1 charm for $20.00”. And, not all of the ones that I originally had inquired about online, making sure that they were available, before coming in. He acted as though I was asking for something free. I never felt so humiliated in my life. I had pulled out my phone, showed him the quoted price on the “OfferUp” app. And, he still refused to honor what I was told. And, to have driven over 45 minutes, based on a quoted price online was a hoge disservice to me. And, the person managing the OfferUp app. There is a huge miscommunication; and I feel sorry for anyone else that goes there expecting one price; only to be presented with another price upon arrival.. Then to be told by the employee “the person managing the the OfferUp account; doesn’t know what they’re quoting” is very unprofessional. The customer should always be right. Especially when I had in writing the quoted price. (Update) 12/11/2018 I now see that they have placed an ad online with the price of $35.00...

This was the first time I ever pawned anything in my life. I always imagined having to go into a dark ally and deal with shady characters while praying the entire time. My experience here was the total opposite. The staff was very friendly, the place is quite bright and inviting, and I was very comfortable performing my transaction there. I will definitely be back there if I ever needed to pawn something again, and I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone! Amaral thank you for help 🙏🏻
