Have used before and normally very fast & helpful with FFL transfers.Not sure if they are open yet due to Covid so hoping this gets their attention to get some clarity on when they will be open. Edit: I received a very prompt response on this...great customer service as always.

Just being honest, I was on my way to casino pawn and the owner not only remembered me but remembered my number and knew that it was me that was calling. He might’ve just had caller Id but that kind of attention to customer appreciation is the reason for this review. I remembered how I walked in for the first time and immediately felt this rush of history and awesomeness kinda like a museum of coolness. The place is clean and large and makes u feel like a movie star. But that wasn’t the reason for the review... the people where. The worst thing about pawning your most prized possessions beyond the fact that times may be so hard that u need to sell your things in the first place is the way pawn brokers treat u like your going to walk out their establishment right into the hands of your local drug dealer. You are always low-balled with that take-it-or-leave-it mentality because of the position your in and it just hurts more. Not at Casino. I feel like I can come and with no questions asked be treated like more than a commodity but like family. Fair is an understatement but I feel like the money u receive here is above fair. Bill is the best, his communication is top quality and it’s like he has a heart of gold. Above all (and here’s the best part) I don’t believe I am treating any better than anyone else because I know from experience that EVERYONE is treated the same way here.

I love this pawn shop! Every time I walk in there is always some one to greet you, ( red carpet enterence!) it’s so fancy and very high Quality. The people working there are so nice, they are very polite. This pawn shop has everything! There’s even another room for jewelry! Check this place out. ( amazing)

To start of this is the most nice and pritiest place i have ever seen in my life!! When you walk in you feel like your famous.there is a red carpet enterance.The people there are so sweet they will do any thing to make sure you are comfortable.this is like my second home. They really did a nice job.they even have a separate room for jewelry.ps.the pritiest jewelry I have ever seen. Movie producers show this place on tv and you won’t be sorry,they definitely deserve it!!!!!!!

Walked in with 14k gold chain and charm to pawn. First off felt very uncomfortable. They do not greet u. And the 2 gentlemen were very rude. Secondly my chain and charm both 14k. Said they were "nearly 10k" and coukdn5 give me nothing. Walked next door to value. They were friendly.total opposite scene. Confirmed my jewelry was 14k. And I walked out with $165. Unbelievable. Do not recommend casino pawn. Rude employees. And prejudice

This place belongs on TV! Miami Producers....check this place out. Lol Casino Pawn is so over the top...it feels like you traveled to some regal Palace. Red Carpet entrance...Gold lions... Sinatra playing in the background. I am impressed! I can't even call this place a Pawn Shop...but that's what it is. When we pulled up....there was a Ferrari and Maserati parked out front... I figured...ok, this is a little different from other Pawn Shops. To get to the point...the staff is amazing....and seem very open and honest. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The jewelry section which is what we came for was something really impressive. Great selection.....more than most jewelry stores. You can tell, Casino Pawn focuses big on jewelry and watches. They have a separate room dedicated to it....Rolex, Cartier and one necklace...forgot the name....$100,000.00??? One little thing you dont really think about....but seems like these guys have thought of just about everything is...the boxes and labels on the piece we purchased all say Casino Miami. No mention of the word "Pawn"..... Smart. Red Carpet....gold railings....but everyone was totally down to earth. It was a great experience....left impressed and very happy. Service....price. 5 stars plus. Keep it up.....and find yourselves a tv show...you deserve it. Impressed!

This is the new-age of what pawn shops are becoming. It's something out of Vegas Huge, Glamorous. Ok. I'm impressed!!! 2 Ferraris - BMW M5 - Wave Runners Jetskis Pianos Antiques a whole Rolex area. The fanciest Pawn Shop ever, and the nicest people you can meet. Oh - and large pawns are advertised at 2%. My smallish pawn was at 4%. I had payed 10% for years - thanks Casino! I walked in late on a Friday. In and out within about 10 minutes - thank you Casino! You guys are really nice. Love the place. You are my new pawnshop.
