Very accommodating, they were able to get the stripped lug off my tire after two other tire companies couldn’t get it off, and the Mercedes dealership wanted to charge me 4x’s more of what Chabill’s charge me just to remove one lug off one tire. Service: Tires

I scheduled a 330p appointment to check a tire that was losing air & replace 3 windshield wipers. One of my wipers showed in stock, but could not be found & now needs to be ordered. They did a good job patching the tire & replacing the other 2 wipers, but the technician didn't even take my car until 430p & didn't finish with it until 530p. I understand staff shortages, but 2 hours is an excessive wait for this particular job, especially with a scheduled appointment. I have to say that Ricky at the front desk was very polite & professional considering he was working all alone & appeared to have a lot on his plate. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Chabill's has always been reliable. I deal with them mostly for my tires and have had them do maybe one or two repair jobs but honestly the quality is the same no matter what type of job or location. They are always friendly and professional with customer interactions. I definitely feel valued and they take the time to explain things well and in depth. The staff here seem to work well with each other and I was impressed by how they interacted with not only with each other but also other customers, still presenting the same care and respect for each individual.
