Typical fast food is the reason Americans have all these sicknesses and can't lose weight. I'm not even sure I brought myself to eat there. Some people have respect for themselves.

The food was hot and tasty, the fries were perfect and the shake machine was actually working! As with the convenience of most fast food establishments I find paying $10 or more for a Combo meal a bit steep, so make certain to find Coupons either through a website or app!! Kid-friendliness: The OG when it comes to kid meals.

This Mathews McDonald's sucked. Frappës were good but I ordered fries which were limp or just pieces that were scraped up with all the salt at the bottom of pan. Ordered 2 Double Cheese Burgers and got double cheese but only 1 meat patty on each burger. Pic shows 2 patties. Houma stores are way way better. Gonna try Burger King next time i pass that way.

I don't know if the changed managers but today was the first time I didn't have to wait forever for my food. It was 12 noon lunch hour and the had a line but I don't think I ever stopped rolling from order to pickup it was so quick and pleasant not to wait. Keep up the excellent job.

Where is the owner or manager??? 8:40 on a Wednesday night and it takes them 22 mins to service 4 people?? How is this allowed?? Management needs to be evaluated on this place because nothing ever gets done here. But of course if the management is this bad these reviews will mean nothing as well.

Very nasty. The fries had black marks on them as well as the nuggets. You can tell the oil they use to fry in is not changed as often as it should be. I did not receive a recipe for my order nor did anyone else in the store. They forgot my freinds order and she had not receipt to prove what she ordered. The counters were dirty, they employes had bad attitudes, and caught attitudes with multiple customers. Did not give me any sauce despite me asking multiple times, they have no ketchup. The store smelled of must and seafood due to employes eating seafood in store on and it was not cleaned before customers where allowed to sit and eat there. Very nasty fo not eat here.

Took forever to get our food. The service was so bad. Super rude and impolite. Forgot parts of our order and we couldn't get their attention even after about 15 minutes of honking, then said he never rung up my order so I had to pull out my receipt and go over it with the lady. The place was pretty filthy with old food on the walls and trash under the counters! Someone definitely needs to get in there and clean.

Let me be very clear the general manager, manager and employees all need proper training. Restaurants like this make me wish rules and laws were in place for the customer. Restaurants should not be allowed to take money from customers and make them pull up then give them the wrong food. I think after 40 or so disgruntled customers who have legitimate food issues they legally should be shut down. When a general manager gets on the phone and defends the grossness of how a sandwich is dressed then it’s very very serious.
