They are retained my packages there because the manager of the building didn't give the access key and they didn't allow me to go pick it up, this is against the law and the employees are super impolite, rude and gross. The worse USPS Post Office here...disgusting people working there!

They should get rid of all the employees here and put some that actually want to work. I constantly have trouble getting packages delivered. Today someone came into the post office and walked away with my package. Wow. Very rude and lazy staff. If I could give negative stars I would.

DO NOT HAVE IMPORTANT MAIL SENT TO YOUR HOME IF THIS IS YOUR POST OFFICE My daughters birth certificate and social security card were both some how "lost." My drivers license was also "lost" in 2020. THIS CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE. I am having this issue escalated through USPS. This is ridiculous and the post office hasn't even called me , they just closed out my service request.

They are very nasty people there and they are Stealing people's mail and the worker have people set up to steal your information I come there 3days or 5 ago I got told that he paid for my food stamps I take care of you they was disrespect people mail Slamming peopleMail All In The Box not handed people mail and package with care I saw this from my own eyes. some of the worker try to help but the Managers or supervisor are very nasty people they don't known what happened to my mail and I had my mail on hold.

All my mail from usps comes through this office. Last week I got some packages regularly but then afterwards every package was sent back to the sender without trying to deliver. I went to the office to see if there was any solution and they said there was someone in the house telling the mailman that I don’t live there… insane. There’s a mailbox just leave the package there.

I've been scheduling pickups online for a week, the mail men ignore them, even though I have bright post-it notes on my mailbox asking them to knock and get parcels! Calling is useless, the phone hangs up after about 8 rings. They just don't care.

I had the best opinion about the USPS service, but I have to say that opinion changed. I sent a package days ago and I pay priority like 41 dollars, i told them that I needed fast delivery less four days, expecting the package will arrive on time. I'm very upset because the package arrive late. Finally nothing happened, nobody said anything.

I am really surprised when I see 5 star reviews, probably they are fake. The staff is really rude. Why USPS still have workers like that? Lady with golden hair, please try to be kind to customers. If you have chance, take another store, not this one for sure.
