The Worst USPS, i used to go there but because of the attitude i start driving to the one down and today was on my way i stopped. Still the same people with the same attitude like they are doing you a favor + They attack you, The representative name is PATRICE, when i said to her what i need she turned back and start praying or not sure what she was doing like calming herself and nothing happen that require her to start shaking, and then through the package and left. They have anger issue, not safe to go to this USPS. Everyone is complaining about the anger & the attitude and you are not doing anything until something bad happen there.

absolutely great service! I came in trying to return a package to an eBay seller but the boxes I had would not fit the item. Both employees found a box to insert my item into and we made it work. Highly recommended service. Five out of five stars!

Although Shenandoah post office had excellent employees in the past; the two black ladies working there today 09/08/2022 are antagonistic towards the public. AND RUDE@

I like the ladies that work there. I've never had bad experiences with them and I love them but there is a single person who works there who's just a plain miserable person and always angry. Constant attitude and badgering when dropping off items. They let the drop off box fill up and don't empty it through out the day so people won't drop off anymore and if you still drop off said employee hassles you about it. I wish I knew her name so you could try to avoid her but you'll know her when she's there. Can't miss her. It's a shame she makes this office a terrible experience for people and I wish she didn't have such a bad attitude. I'd say do yourself a favor and don't go here but I'm pretty sure that's what she wants.

This place has a African young lady probably in her 30s she has. A horrible Attitude and Worse Customer Service. She Really Thinks She Can Treat You like Garbage. Shame on Her!

This is my favorite post office- there are 25 parking spaces and 1 handicap space - Patrice and the clerks are always super helpful and informative, and nice! All my packages arrive quickly when I send from here. Thank you for your hard work

I don't usually write reviews, but the poor attention to all customers in this place, makes me write something. The worst customer service you can find in Miami it will be here!!! The older lady treats customers very badly. I do not recommend this branch at all! They should change the staff to see if a good service is achieved.

Yes the facility is a bit run down, but the awesome staff more than makes up for it. Always friendly, patient and super helpful.

Being a smaller post office on Coral Way and 19th Avenue, I definitely prefer to come here. Usually few people in line, quick and nice postal employees.
