Horrible service! They lost my package, allegedly they gave my package to someone else. The manager has a HORRIBLE attitude and completely refuse to help me. Her incompetence is like nothing else I have ever seen (She forgot she gave MY package to someone else without verifying ID when I paid for Express One Day shipping such service requires identification prior to giving the package to ANYONE). They also never answer the phone. Still I don't have my package yet 4 days latter.

Dropbox is locked.... why do I need to make a line if I have already paid for my label and I can just drop my package. But with the Dropbox locked I can't just drop it off without making a line. I don't wanna do no line because is huge and plus the customer service is so bad. There is a lady there that thinks she is the owner of everything and she is so rude.

Do not drop your package here after hour's the employees are crooked. Tried to file a claim online & was told will not be able to do anything seeing how i did not insure the package. I want whoever is responsible in the mail room after May 30th to be held responsible for the stolen package taken out of the mail room. There must be a federal investigation involved with this facility & the camera's should be accessed. My package was taken or stolen June 1st.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE. There is a 80 percent chance they will go missing. Not sure if they are being stolen or simply go missing more easily here of how disorganized but something is seriously suspicious here. Do not leave packages on the counter and especially not in the drop off.

They really need to do a better job hiring kind helpful people to assist with people who aren't savvy with packaging deliveries. I simply asked for proper guidance to assure my package will be sent and I was told by a rude woman that wasn't her job and she tossed my package in the bin. I asked to return it to my possession as now I have wasted time having to go somewhere else. Worst customer service.

Dora is by far the WORST employee there. She has an extreme attitude for no reason. I feel like every time anyone walks into a USPS store they greeted with the worlds bitterest people. She was unhelpful and RUDE. Do not come here !!! Beware of Dora !!!
