Postal office from hell. Our packages disappear all the time. It says delivered to agent for final delivery and then disappears. 3 packages in the past 90 days. When I went there, the employee was speaking with me while playing games on his phone. 08/23 update. Just got a notification from Amazon that my package was picked up by “an individual”. Neither myself nor anyone in my household were there. Stay away from this postal office, please! 08/26 update. The package showed up at my door :( so sad

I sure do love asking them to send it to my house only for this post office to get it and then not be able to pick it up because they close at 5 and close on the weekends.

The worst service I have ever from USPS. There is a girl, I don’t ask today for her name, my bad, she was soooo rude with me today, I just asked about my package that in the web said that I should pick up my package there and also by phone and she was VERY unprofessional and rude with me, I don't understand why people like her are doing customer service and still working on it per years. I read the reviews here before start writing and every body has the same complaint because the bad customer service in this place … no body do nothing, same problem

Worst place ever...ppl never answer to the phone their rude womt try to help you I wish usps did not existed its the only company I have problem with....everytime I come to this place for help they domt care at all dont use usps go to ups fed ex or any other company.id give less stars if I could or even negative they had my package for 3 days....I domt understand why they would say available for pick up then when.u get here they won't give it to you.......worst service ever!!!!!!!

We're having issues with this post office for a long time, packages lost, answears very unprofessional, this post office doesn't give any honor to our country, the American people deserves be treated with respect. Postal service management are watching all those reviews and not doing nothing about it.

Went to get a package they failed to deliver in the first place , then was treated poorly by an Afro-American lady who waited 20 minutes to tell us the line for pick up was the same for everything else and said she was saying it forever when I never heard anything from her to begin with for the 20 minutes waiting on the line with just 2 people on front and they only served one in 20 minutes , there was rap music being played on a personal device somewhere behind the counter instead of being focused on the costumers and being productive they were just listening to music and doing mediocre costumer service to say the least, and when we got to the counter we were told it was on the carrier cart for delivery wich was not updated on the tracking at all , what a waste of time and poor costumer service can't believe that's a government facility, and on top of everything they are rated poorly with not even 2 stars and nothing has been done about it .....

I had some bad experiences when they have to delivery a package, sometimes they will mark as delivered but no packages until a couple of days later. Last one is the Covid Test Kits, shows out of delivery then 3 hours later "package is ready for Pickup", they don't even try to delivery something simple as that, and were are at the beginning of June, I can't image who bad will be during the holidays.

Blue lagoon Just returned My package to sender after I have been trying to pick it up for 2 weeks, simply because I filled a claim. the front desk supervisor Tahira also called the Postal Police and tried to have me arrested when I question her. avoid this cesspool of miscreant.

The worst service I have ever received from a post office. There is a girl, Jamaria, she is rude attending the users of the office. she is impatient, grumpy and rude. I don't understand why she works on something that obviously bothers her so much. She attended 3 people before attending to me and with all of them she was just as rude and impatient.
