11 Best shipping and mailing service in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

This review has been viewed 1,238 times. This is the second FedEx location we visited today. We had to come here to this location in Brickell - 901 S Miami Avenue Suite 214 because the FedEx Shipping Center in Walgreens down the street at 200 SW 13th Street was not able to print a shipping label due to a FedEx system failure (whatever that means)... Now, the first thing we noticed upon arrival to this location at 3:33pm is that their back entrance and exit is closed and locked shut (major emergency exit - violation with City of Miami Code Compliance), however they do seem to have their fire alarm system set in place. While analyzing the inside of the establishment for cleanliness we noticed everything is fairly clean, and well organized. Third thing we noticed is not one associate wearing a mask. One associate was helping a customer, while about five other associates on the opposite side were all chatting behind the registers (must have been a quick huddle or team meeting who knows). The associates here got upset with us because we were taking photographs of the FedEx business, and we got into an argument about privacy and company policy, but we wasn't taking any direct photographs of their staff at all, we were literally just snapping the business without harassing anyone. The manager seemed to be the most upset with us because we actually asked to see their company policy they were referring to, and she refused to ring us up for some Extra gum and Sourpatch candy. It's all good if you don't want us to take any photographs, but you don't have to lie about a policy, and make it seem like we were doing something horrible. Honestly your store is very clean and organized, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience here, and we wouldn't return as first choice even if it is the nearest FedEx Office and Kinkos. We don't want to come across as bad peaople, so we did edit your review to three stars because the store is actually in good condition. It's best not to argue with customers about things like this, and we do apologize, but this makes us all look kind of stupid. We were upset and they were also upset, it is what it is, we can all definitely learn from this experience though. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. Expect us very soon, Thank you. ~1Freddy

Everyone at this post office was usually kind enough to help me tape my package but there is this lady who automatically refused to help me and when I told her that usually people help me here she said “WELL NOT ME”. I found this extremely offensive and unprofessional. Instead of lending me a hand, she was just straight up rude. It’s customer service, treat your customers correctly. ~Camila

absolutely great service! I came in trying to return a package to an eBay seller but the boxes I had would not fit the item. Both employees found a box to insert my item into and we made it work. Highly recommended service. Five out of five stars! ~Mista

I was so shocked to see so many poor reviews. My experience at this site was so pleasant. Giovanni and Antoinette were super polite and helpful. Giovanni even helped me save bleeding handwriting on my package so I wouldn't have to re-do it again. Not sure what everyone else's problem is... but I will definitely come back for future mailings. ~Celina

They are retained my packages there because the manager of the building didn't give the access key and they didn't allow me to go pick it up, this is against the law and the employees are super impolite, rude and gross. The worse USPS Post Office here...disgusting people working there! ~Fabiane

Horrible customer service. I came here right now to return a Dell monitor with prepaid label and the rep at the front desk refused to accept it. He wanted me to pay $30+ for a larger box to place the monitor box inside. A box inside a box. The monitor was delivered to my house by FedEx with its normal box, not two boxes. Rep refused to use common sense. Another FedEx store in the area accepted the same monitor weeks ago in the same circumstances and with its normal box. This is not a good FedEx branch and is inconsistent. I wasted gas driving here and now will have to travel to the other one that was more reasonable. Believe the low ratings on this one. ~Alex

Postal office from hell. Our packages disappear all the time. It says delivered to agent for final delivery and then disappears. 3 packages in the past 90 days. When I went there, the employee was speaking with me while playing games on his phone. 08/23 update. Just got a notification from Amazon that my package was picked up by “an individual”. Neither myself nor anyone in my household were there. Stay away from this postal office, please! 08/26 update. The package showed up at my door :( so sad ~D

Do not drop your package here after hour's the employees are crooked. Tried to file a claim online & was told will not be able to do anything seeing how i did not insure the package. I want whoever is responsible in the mail room after May 30th to be held responsible for the stolen package taken out of the mail room. There must be a federal investigation involved with this facility & the camera's should be accessed. My package was taken or stolen June 1st. ~Management
