Horrible customer service. I came here right now to return a Dell monitor with prepaid label and the rep at the front desk refused to accept it. He wanted me to pay $30+ for a larger box to place the monitor box inside. A box inside a box. The monitor was delivered to my house by FedEx with its normal box, not two boxes. Rep refused to use common sense. Another FedEx store in the area accepted the same monitor weeks ago in the same circumstances and with its normal box. This is not a good FedEx branch and is inconsistent. I wasted gas driving here and now will have to travel to the other one that was more reasonable. Believe the low ratings on this one.

Went this morning 11 am the store is completely empty. Except the drop off section. There’s 7 people in line. Waiting to get attended. There only 1 person working in that section. But then there’s other employees . I asked the assistant manger Joshua that just walked right by us. If he could help. Unfortunately his answer was that he was busy.

I would give it zero stars if I could. FEDEX is the worst delivery service in this country. It is very common for packages to arrive repackaged, in poor condition, broken, damaged. On numerous occasions they open the boxes and steal the items or deliver the empty envelopes and packages with nothing inside them. I don't know what part of your service process the thieves are in, but the truth is that it is more and more frequent that items inside the boxes or envelopes are stolen and nobody is responsible and in no FEDEX office do they help to this situation. It is a third world country service.

Branch manager Marcel and employee Elmer, took my online print order and was incorrectly printed according to print instructions submitted online. Present day (2 months later) still fighting for my refund and for some reason they will not process it. its bizarre to say but I pretty much have been robbed by them. It’s very strange they won’t help me and now I am screwed out my payment for a print job ordered but not completed. Will not ever go through this process again with FedEx print & ship; just a horrible nightmare.

Very long line. When it was finally my turn in line they told me they couldn’t ship my item because it had to be bubble wrapped (even though it came shipped to me in a literal trash bag as shown with the picture below so i decided to ship it back in the same condition). Nonetheless I bubble wrapped the whole front lip I had to ship. Went back to ship the item then they told me I had to tape it. I politely asked to borrow the tape gun they had and the manager said he couldn’t give it to me because if I got cut it would be a liability to them. I asked if he could tape it (below is literally all he had to tape) and he said he’d have to charge me shipping and handling. So to make it a long story short. Waited a 25 minutes and was up selled bubble wrap and tape.

David the manager and Ricky were amazing with our order! We didn’t know how to conceptualize our vision, so they both sat down with us and explored our different options. They did everything so fast! The manager took the time to orient his employees while helping us — talk about great management & customer service! This isn’t my first print job with this location, and I’ll be coming back!

Terrible. Stopped in to drop something off that the postage was already paid. Manager told me they couldn’t tape it for me (it’s a padded envelope not a box) and that I had to buy tape. I’ve been using fed ex for years and have NEVER encountered this before. He was also incredibly rude. to top it off he was wearing his mask around his chin. Why do you even have one on if you’re not gonna wear it correctly. Nonetheless, lead by example. First time ever going to this Fed Ex and last time ever going to this Fed Ex to say the least. Do something about your management because this is disappointing.

I was very impressed with this location! I had got a lot of important documents that I had to print out and and figure out how to get it done quickly.I had approximately 10 to 15 files to download print and copy. I also had to make a couple of separate copies,the young man behind the counter was very helpful. it was just him by his self and he handled all five customers with ease! I will definitely be coming back here if I need be.not only that it's 24 hours!
