I was at this store at 04:03 PM on Saturday. I called them prior to coming. And when I arrived those both guys were inside, I asked them if they can do a two page notary quickly, they did not even allowed me to come in and said no, they closed at 04 PM. It's a worst ever customer service I have ever seen from any UPS store. I was trying to notarize something very important. I never wrote a negative review about anything, this is my first one ever and hopefully only negative review. Hopefully, owner sees it and she fix it with her staff. It was such a easy task, they could have easily showed a great customer service and earned customer loyalty. But they failed on it.

I went to this particular ups store and I had the best customer service I ever had. The young people there treated me very kindly . The employee margelyn was very quick assisting me she was very profesional . I was in and out of there quick but she also maintained a good conexión with the client . Very good ups store.

Horrible!!! Long, long lines out the door almost every day! The people that used to work here were excellent but these new guys do NOT know how to manage the line. Every other UPS Store opens a line for quick "drop offs" when line gets big. Please open line for "drop offs only" when line gets more than 4 people

I come here a lot, and always have a pleasant experience. It is an awesome alternative to the long lines and unfriendly employees at the US Post Office. They also accept Amazon returns, which is very convenient.The young boy Idael was so nice to me and helped me .

Went to drop off a return at this UPS store, I was helped out by Ricardo. He wanted to charge me for an envelope (the item wouldn’t have fit in one anyway) for said return when the return instructions said that the UPS Store would pack, label, and ship it with no packaging required. Hopefully next time he has a better attitude when attending customers more specifically pregnant customers :)

Professionalism has gone downhill here. A simple question gets me an awkward run-around. Then the clerk sneezed right before handing my receipt. A young lady who had worked here a long time ago when I sent a package out from here was much more helpful, and efficient. She probably left to work with more professional coworkers somewhere else.
