This office was supposed be open at 0830, until now 0908 still closed, no one around, nobody answers the phone. It is absolutely irresponsible. I do have to send a package as an emergency and there is not service available. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Had two packages that were supposed to be delivered next day and they canceled shipment. Not once during a 24hr period did they notify me or the recipient of the problem, NOT A PHONE CALL NOR EMAIL TO BOTH PARTIES. They even lied saying that it was in another city. If you plan to use them your better off using Ringling brothers and barnum and baily service ( they dont exist) and neither does Avianca Express next day nor customer service. If you have to send anything use theyre competitors, at least they have customer service, wont lie, and are reputable.
