I recently moved from Indiana to North Carolina. The service was quick and easy. They picked up my car on Thursday afternoon and arrived by Friday morning. They called to confirm delivery and my keys were locked in the car as instructed until I arrived on Saturday morning. I have a relative that has used this service several times moving cars from TX to IN and also to FL. I would definitely use this service if needed again. There was no damage or issues to my car and happy that I was able to save the mileage and wear/tear of my 12 year old Mazda. It's paid off and want to keep driving until the wheels fall off. I moved from VA to TX for grad school and one of my friends had recommended AutoStar. I called the next day and was able to get my shipping set up easily over the phone. The rep I spoke with answered all of my questions and assured me that it would be an easy transition. Once a carrier picked up my car, it was supposed to be delivered before I arrived in Austin but the driver was kind enough to hold onto it for a little longer for when I got there. As soon as I landed, the driver notified me that he was in Austin and I picked up my car only an hour after landing in a new state. The state and condition of my car was exactly how I sent it off and I would use AutoStar again when I need it and recommend it to others! Service: Vehicle transport

***AUTOSTAR ROCKS!*** I contacted 14 transport companies to ship my custom Jeep Wrangler from IN to HI for around $3000. AUTOSTAR beat them all by $100! Super-fast transport! It took 23 days to go from IN to CA by semitruck, and by ship to HI. Not a scratch or dent could be found. All AutoStar representatives were professional and extremely helpful. Communication, price, & shipping time was all better than expected. AutoStar was excellent and I highly recommend them to all considering other vehicle shipping companies. I'm not the type to leave a review but this is well deserved. I must say AutoStar made me feel a little skeptical and worried at first. I dealt with Frank Navas from day 0 up until my vehicles got delivered. I've never moved across the country before; therefore, this process was very stressful. Frank worked extremely hard finding a good carrier to transport my vehicles. A company name Arizona Auto Relocation LLC transported both my 2007 Toyota Camry and 2010 Honda Accord. The driver carrier's name is Denny. Denny was very communicative with me and delivered my vehicles 2-3 days earlier than expected. It never felt so great to see my vehicle again. My wife was emotionally happy to had received her vehicle as well. No matter how many times I had called Frank, he always seemed very joyful and professional in answering all my calls and never rushed me off. Frank also encouraged me to call anytime I wanted for updates and trust me...I took advantage. After Denny unloaded both vehicles I did a walk through. The Camry was delivered save and sound, meanwhile my Honda Accord was delivered with scuffs on the rear bumper. Arizona Auto Relocation LLC refused to take ownership of my vehicle damages. Someone who answered the phone other than Denny was extremely rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. I had a collision place reach out to Denny to take care of my claim and Denny told the collision company "I do not have anything to do with this vehicle" and disconneced the call. Denny was very unprofessional while Frank was very professional, respectful, and communicative. I highly recommend and commend AutoStar but not Arizona Auto Relocation LLC. Stay away from Arizona Auto Relocation. AutoStar will do their best to leave you in safe hands. I under that the actions Arizona Auto Relocation LLC had done is out of AutoStar control. Now I am stuck with a damaged rear bumper on my Honda Accord. The scuffs can be seen with the before and after pictures. Service: Vehicle transport

I used AutoStar transport to ship my 2021 BMW 3 Series from PA to CA and it was an amazing experience! Although it took them a few days for them to find a driver, they always keep me informed everyday in this process. And the driver delivered my car in only four days which is amazing. Their price is reasonable as well. I would recommend this to anyone who want to ship their cars in the US.

If I could give this service zero stars, I would. I am a college student that needed my car transported from California to Illinois. I reached out to this institution and was able to get a hold of Sean Hancock. He told me he could get my car shipped within the week. He had me register and put a 200$ deposit for my car, then never returned my phone calls. He didn't call me back to give me an update about my car for two weeks. We ended up having to go with another transporting company- still haven't received any word from them. They finally called me back a month later saying that they reserved a carrier for me (it was not Sean who called me back, but someone else). I told them that is was too late, and I was extremely disappointed in their services. Now, they are currently not willing to give me my deposit back because apparently I didn't cancel my order before they secured a carrier- however my father attempted to call Sean several times to cancel our order and to no surprise he never returned our calls. I know this service has a lot of good reviews, but there are still several poor ones that I wish I had read before I chose this company, because what happened to those people, happened to me. I lost 200 dollars and had to have my car out here weeks later than I needed it. The company we did go with was Guardian Auto Transport and they had my car shipped within the week that we reached out. They called us back right away and didn't take a down payment until the car was picked up. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a vehicle shipped. I am extremely disappointed in this company and I do not recommend to anyone.

I needed my vehicle shipped from Georgia to California. After speaking with several different companies, I chose this company because they had the most reasonable price at $1175. A few days after paying my deposit, I was told that the price would increase by $125 and that my vehicle would be delivered to me by Monday. When Monday arrived, I called the company to get an update and the lady told me she would call be back, which she didn't. On Tuesday, I decided to call the company that AutoStar had contracted to transport my vehicle to find that it would arrive on Saturday instead.....5 days later than expected. I had already turned in my rental on Monday so I had to go back and get another one. AutoStar did call me back to give me an update AFTER I emailed them. I've had my car shipped several times before and this has been the worst experience. The last company that I used is no longer in business, which is very unfortunate. Edit....instead of writing an actual apology for the incorrect information I was given and slow follow up, you decided to leave a petty response that should be given to your employees instead. If I was told the CORRECT info to begin with (like your thousands of other customers 🙄) this review wouldn't even have been written.

We had a wonderful experience with AutoStar Transport Express! We needed a last minute transport of a race car from Chino, CA to Ventura, CA and Carlos was able to hook us up for a very reasonably priced transport on New Years Eve. I was very pleased with the overall experience with Autostar. They were responsive, kept me up to date with a reasonable price. At pick up they arrived about an hour earlier than expected, but called when getting close. They loaded quickly after an inspection of the cars condition an was on the way. Trip was from Seattle area to Phoenix area and estimated delivery Washington 5-6 days door to door. They actually arrived in 4 days and called to assure early delivery was OK.
