Received a receipt saying my poster would be printed by 7 am. Called and they said it was at another store and wouldn’t be ready until 2 pm. Called the other store and they hadn’t even started printing it yet. People at the store were fine but the FedEx website quoted wrong prices and wrong times leading to this snafu, but I can’t review the website.

They charge a “handling fee” by weight in addition to the actual shipping fee. This handling fee is only because it’s inside the hotel. My package was a pair of light sandals and the handling fee was over $10 without the shipping.
