I used to like this bank until I was taking care by a small business banker by name of Jorge Contreras, I went for some small business matters and after spending few hours at his office you will think that he will have the professionalism and courtesy to at least call back to follow up on the process but he never did and even after I called him few times he never called back, that’s what I call bad costumer service. I do not switch bank because I have many years of relationship with this institution and I do not judge everyone the same just because one bad Apple, Bank of America is still a great bank and have lots of employees that represent the bank well, thankfully there’s another 3 to 5 more Bank of America in my neighborhood. Good luck dealing with him.

This is really directed at BoA as a whole not this individual branch. I routinely deposit checks from Jamaica because of my food exporting business. Every time I go to deposit, it is drama and they make me wait hours in the lobby. I understand doing this the first time, but when I do it from the same bank over and over, they should not need approval. On top of that the dweeps, now placed a deposit hold. They damn well know they are getting it but want to screw around. Hope BoA sinks when the sea levels rise.🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽

This is the worst location. If you need to drive a bit more, do yourself a favor and don't go here. Or their system is down, or wait is over an hour , without being aware of it, since they don't tell you approximately waiting time They give you attitude when you ask how much long

I opened an account with Bank Of America on Friday, April 6, 2018 and on Monday 9 I try to enter the app and it tells me that I am not authorized to use the app and when I call and they answer me after half an hour they refer me to another people who are not with them and tell me that my account was suspended that they do not need to give me reasons and the same day an email arrives telling me that my card has been sent .........

This is the worst bank that some one can use in USA. They close your accounts and all your records without any argument or reason. Even if you have a lot of money on that. The management of all Bank of America is the worst, they only know charge money for everything and they are losing customers a lot. I can tell you and recommend BB&T EXCELLENT BANK, Also Citi Bank is great and has perfect customer service. Even Well Fargo it's amazing better. I hope any of this greats bank Buy all BOA and finish with they bad service...

If I could give 0 stars, I would! From upper management to tellers, this brach lacks af customer service all together. Been giving them business many years and due to THEIR mistakes we keep on encountering issues. Take your business elsewhere!! There are many other financial institutions that will provide you with the correct service. And all those reviews that show 5 stars and no comments.... go figure... employees maybe or obviously have never banked with them.
