They are severely under staffed at this location and it's not fair for the employees. I go there almost every day since I work in Brickell and I've seen the decline of this place. I was there this past Sunday and I was shocked to see they had ONE person manning the register, making the coffee and being in the back kitchen. This is inhumane. This girl is completely overwhelmed and checked out; Capital One clearly can afford to hire staff. If staff is not staying, then ask yourselves why; pay higher wages and provide a better work environment. The coffee is actually great; this place just needs a real manager who can run things smoothly.

No parking no easy transit at this or any other Capital One Cafe bank locations in Miami area. Would be so much more convenient north on US1 past the Design district where the parking is. It's Miami.. you can't walk too far most of the year. it's too hot or flooding.

Everyone who works here is so nice and it is a great environment to work. Katwan behind the counter is one who really knocks it out of the park when it comes to customer service. He always strives to put a smile on your face.

I have visited multiple times when I'm walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases. The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy. Great customer service! Only thing left to say: what's in you wallet? ;)

LOVE this place. I was dubious at first about managing a bank account at a "cafe". Seemed suspiciously hip and trendy, but I cannot tell you how many times this location has been my saving grace when Regions (where I've banked for the last 20 years) across the street fails me. Regions makes everything overly complicated and some of the individuals who work there treat you like you're annoying them for even coming in to do something as simple as deposit a check. Capital One never makes me wait, the staff are always cheerful and always able to help. It's a night and day difference.

Great place to meet or work. Has private spaces and open spaces. Plus enjoy coffee, matchas or like in my case I always get kombucha on tap.

AMAZING SPACE!!!! I will never plug in at Starbucks again if there's a Capital One Cafe near!!! Plenty of space, plugs, and areas to sit down and get some work done. The ambassadors are so welcoming and friendly. They host free events for local non profit sind community partners. They are changing the game and I love it!!!
