Horrible customer service. I sat waiting 1.5 hours and was skipped 2x after i signed in on the sign in sheet. After having to tell someone, they said i can do it at the Teller. And waiting another 30 minutes. I can see how this gets bad ratings. ~von

I have visited multiple times when I'm walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases. The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy. Great customer service! Only thing left to say: what's in you wallet? ;) ~MS

I used to like this bank until I was taking care by a small business banker by name of Jorge Contreras, I went for some small business matters and after spending few hours at his office you will think that he will have the professionalism and courtesy to at least call back to follow up on the process but he never did and even after I called him few times he never called back, that’s what I call bad costumer service. I do not switch bank because I have many years of relationship with this institution and I do not judge everyone the same just because one bad Apple, Bank of America is still a great bank and have lots of employees that represent the bank well, thankfully there’s another 3 to 5 more Bank of America in my neighborhood. Worst Chase location ever. I needed to handle something that would have taken 15 mins as per what the nice young lady in the front told me. They asked if I had one of the documents that is needed for the service and I had the documents in hand and yet they(the manager) still refused to assist me and told me to come tomorrow. Mind you there were not that many people in the branch when I went. I’m sure they had their OWN SPECIFIC reason as to why they didn’t want to assist me with what I needed. Maybe I should report them to the higher ups… ~Soneeka

The entire staff is very welcoming and professional. I've had my accounts with Chase for 10 years now and truly have never had a complaint. The Branch itself is very quiet, everyone is welcoming and they go above and beyond to meet expectations. ~Jennifer

Teller was very inappropriate and little welcoming. Definitely they could get a lot a better when it comes to costumer service. Been with them for a couple years now, and never had complaints about account servicing or client treatment. This branch is the exception to this statement. ~Marcel

After looking at the reviews of other Chase Banks around Miami, I decided to come to the only 5 star I could find near me. Was greeted at the door and helped quick. Alfredo was awesome, kind and very helpful helping me with my first credit card. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Worth driving the extra miles. ~Yee

I have been banking with Grove Bank and Trust since maybe 2017 or 2018; it has been an excellent experience for me from the branch in Grove to Aventura; we have always found friendly and very respectful faces. When the pandemic happened, they had excellent protocols without limiting our access to our accounts and kept excellent customer service in difficult times. The communication with Christian has always been excellent and honest; I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team, who has helped and guide me with my small business and inexperience as a young entrepreneur. I give it one star because there are no options for lesser tiers. I just had a ghastly experience at this particular branch earlier today. My elderly mom and I had to get some transactions done and we had the misfortune of being "helped" by the worst possible teller in banking history. This person not only made mistakes identifying the correct accounts but she also made incorrect deposits which were later , of course, remedied. However, instead of adopting an apologetic attitude, she took on a "no big deal" demeanor. This in itself is questionable but no great breach: fine. The main problem to which I wish to call attention is her bad attitude and the fact that she engaged in the rudest of behavior with my elderly mother, indulging in an arguing match with her. When I called attention to her mistakes, she became defensive and irate and loudly spoke over me. I forego a description of this person (or even naming her) other than that she is a female and was on counter duty Friday 09/16/2022 early morning. One would think that Regions trained their staff to a much higher level of professionalism and proficiency. Alas! too much to ask, I suppose. ~J.C.
