Unfortunately this has to be the most incompetent, un-solution driven & most difficult branch I have ever worked with. I will be closing our account due to Louisa in professional approach. Terrible service. I feel so bad for Christopher the only person there that is worth anything.

Have been coming here for years, there times throughout the days lines are big, there are helpful worker just depends on the situation, sometimes the atm outside don’t work but definitely saves time

Worst Chase location ever. I needed to handle something that would have taken 15 mins as per what the nice young lady in the front told me. They asked if I had one of the documents that is needed for the service and I had the documents in hand and yet they(the manager) still refused to assist me and told me to come tomorrow. Mind you there were not that many people in the branch when I went. I’m sure they had their OWN SPECIFIC reason as to why they didn’t want to assist me with what I needed. Maybe I should report them to the higher ups…

Employee are good. But they are understaffed. 6 out of the 7 offices are always empty. Line is always out the door. So much for being a Private Client.

Awful customer service. No wonder this branch has two stars on google. Red head older lady who works here does not care about her job and is extremely rude. They also never answer their phones, don’t waste your time.

The people at the bank are very nice however chase customer service is horrible and only keeps getting worse. We have a business card and can’t get people to help us because they have the wrong information in their system. We get transfer multiple times and no one is helping at all. Just people making excuses.

Unfortunately, 1 or 2 reps can tarnish others who are working hard. If you have the bad luck to run into these people you'll realize customer service is NOT in their vocabulary. Anti support is definitely like it ,setting up barriers till management needs to get involved to solve a simple request. No internal communication with HQ CSR and frustrating process to keep repeating the same request. Definitely horrible experience.

I have a business account for my company for more than 7 years. I went to this branch today 07/02/2020 at 2:20 pm to deposit a check but i didnt know if the check could be deposit on the automatic teller or not, then i tried to ask the woman in charge of the door because i didnt want to do the line for nothing. She just had to answer yes or not, but she was very rude, unprofessional and refused to answer me. I dont know what happen in this branch now, but employees there used to be very nice before.

When it comes to handling anything with my finances I ALWAYS come to this branch. I have a great experience when it comes to customer service, and yesterday was no exception to that. I was helped by Jeremy one of the tellers, super nice and attentive to my needs and what i needed done. He was able to help me and get me out in a timely manner. :)
