Teller was very inappropriate and little welcoming. Definitely they could get a lot a better when it comes to costumer service. Been with them for a couple years now, and never had complaints about account servicing or client treatment. This branch is the exception to this statement.

Our Board of Directors went a few years ago to make some changes to the authorized signers of our club and the person who made the change didn't finalize the paperwork and messed up what little was actually done. We went last month and the current person who helped us didn't even attempt to apologize or pull the original paperwork to see what went wrong even after we asked. Worst experience I've had with Chase. While I may still recommend personal banking through other branches, will not recommend Business banking with Chase, especially at this branch.

I go in here at least once a month.nobody accolades me. I have dealt personally with the bank manager on several occasions and he stears right through me as if i wasn't there. I rather go all the way to pinecrest and deal with george.

Parking at night to just go to the ATM is impossible!! They should at least have like 4 parking only for banks during night hours!!!
