In and out in less than 2 minutes. I think it took me longer to park and wait on traffic to stop flying by on NE 2nd Ave than it took me to get help on the inside. Very polite gentleman came out from the back and immediately assisted me. Unfortunately I still had to go to a FEDX location to drop off my second box since they don’t QR code’s. Yet I was still quite content with the ease and quickness of the transaction. Scan and go with the receipt in hand.

I’m here at roadrunner packing and shipping to ship a package. And initially it seem like a ok visit, I was ask did I needed any from rather then greeting Elizabeth. When she proceeded to ask me “what I need” I told I just want to ship a package she didn’t seem to thrill to help to say the least. She told me to send an email which I did multiple times, which I don’t think she cared to help because all she told me is she couldn’t find my emails. Even after I showed her the emails I sent, afterwards I ask is there any way to help me after 5 min she told me I can use the company which I had to pay for along with the printing of my label. By this time she has allowed 2 people to go in front of me, and while she helping them I need help on the computer. At that point she completely ignored me until I scream for some help. Ultimate I had to be giving a usb to transfer my file over for it to be printed. Overall a horrible experience and not the best customer service from Elizabeth
