People taking orders are incredibly rude. People giving out orders are the sweetest and so helpful. I also didn’t realize you had to call ahead to get a dozen donuts? Lady in the front was super rude to me after i asked for a dozen, and only gave me half a dozen. It’s worth just driving to the starbucks down the road, as this dunkin’ is consistently out of about half the menu every day. And it’s sad because i love dunkin:(( ~lils

To the the few disgruntled customers who posted here: Publix pharmacy is like being at a high-end store that respects its clients as opposed to Walgreens North Miami. Mistakes happen. But there is attention to detail, responsiveness to phone calls, hey- they ANSWER the phone. And they actually listen to you. In contrast, Walgreens NM puts you on permanent hold after an incomprehensible dialogue with a robot, offers inaccurate Covid information ( yes!), and disconnects you eventually. The Walgreens-hired staff can barely string a sentence together. So in my book, Publix is fabulous. ~Melinda

In and out in less than 2 minutes. I think it took me longer to park and wait on traffic to stop flying by on NE 2nd Ave than it took me to get help on the inside. Very polite gentleman came out from the back and immediately assisted me. Unfortunately I still had to go to a FEDX location to drop off my second box since they don’t QR code’s. Yet I was still quite content with the ease and quickness of the transaction. Scan and go with the receipt in hand. ~Cheryl

Excellent customer service. Jessica A. went above and beyond to help me. I arrived to the branch after being on the phone for 45 min with the fraud department. I was not in a pleasant mood, but Jessica helped me anyway. She is a wonderful asset to your bank. ~christine

I needed to swap my broken phone for a new one received from Assurant. My local store was closed. I drove to Miami Shores T-mobile and am extremely fortunate to have found Davion R. to handle my exchange. He informed me that I had credits on my account, worked long, hard, and diligently to process the entire transaction. His knowledge, consideration, and courtesy were so far above and beyond the norm! I went to the tech help to transfer data to the new phone, which of course didn't go smoothly (due to my old phone shutting itself off). Naz and Shawn worked together for hours like a seamless team to fix the issues and transfer the data to my new phone. The staff in this store are absolutely amazing! ~Shelly
