I needed to swap my broken phone for a new one received from Assurant. My local store was closed. I drove to Miami Shores T-mobile and am extremely fortunate to have found Davion R. to handle my exchange. He informed me that I had credits on my account, worked long, hard, and diligently to process the entire transaction. His knowledge, consideration, and courtesy were so far above and beyond the norm! I went to the tech help to transfer data to the new phone, which of course didn't go smoothly (due to my old phone shutting itself off). Naz and Shawn worked together for hours like a seamless team to fix the issues and transfer the data to my new phone. The staff in this store are absolutely amazing!

Very helpful staff. Although they didn't have the product I was looking for at the time, they set it up for 2 day delivery. Provided information about it and were very customer service oriented. -- update Today's visit started right, they took my name and number, because they were busy, so I went looking at what they had. Eventually I turn around and everyone in that corner of the store disappeared. A few minutes later, I was approached by another sales rep. So I'm asking about one of the Samsung flagship folding phones because I'm looking to upgrade and the sales guy couldn't show me a folded phone, nor does the store carry the higher capacity phones. So they expect me (a customer with 18+ years with t- mobile) to just drop $1800 and I cannot see one of the key features of the phone? Inspired me to rethink my purchase entirely.

Very helpful staff. Davion helped me choose a phone, and a few days later, when he wasn’t working, Prince was extremely patient helping transfer data from old phone. Highly recommend this T mobile branch!

This had been The worst experience I ever had I have been to three T-Mobile stores and this store was the last and worse I was trying to get my iPhone fixed and the gentleman said I qualify for a warranty replacement but because a supervisor was not there he could not do it now why is the store open with no Supervisor and when it cannot give the full service. Now i am on the net trying to find a new cell phone provider since T-Mobile brought Sprint it has been the worst

Just transferred to T-MOBILE and salesperson Davion R was Excellent and SUPER GREAT ATTITUDE with the process and helping us and had a big issue with 1 of my old phone and technician SHAWN was super smart and very nice attitude!! Definitely recommend this store and associates working there

I came in and spoke with Michael yesterday in getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Not only is he patient, he made sure that I fully understand what’s going on while he’s activating my new phone. Michael was so detailed, patient, kind, empathetic, understanding, and great at explaining. Only thing was the activation which took long and wasn’t his fault but he was done with me and waiting for the last step. He is swift. Michael I thank you for my new phone and the chance to return back to T-Mobile. I thank you for helping me know how I was qualified. You have been the greatest to me and I appreciated your help fully. T-Mobile you hired a great person for the job. Keep up the good work Michael. As they say “Your the real GOAT” Thank you again for everything.

If you’re going to this store I highly recommend Davion. He helped me switch from AT&T to T-Mobile with such ease and grace. Was in the store for less than 15 minutes. He was also so good at following back up with me weeks after I activated to make sure everything was going great with my services and promotion I received. He really went the extra mile.

Davion Roberts was my sales guy and was absolutely amazing. I actually just walked into the store to get information on any new deals since I wasn’t happy with my old provider. He made me feel so welcome that I ended up walking out with two new iPhone 13 Pro Max. He even took time to help me set up everything on my phone. He was so patient and I’m so grateful!
