I have an Apple MacBook Pro laptop that is almost eleven years old and have been pulling my hair out for a few years now every time I go to use it because it runs so slowly. Having checked how much a new one costs(around $2000) I decided to try and see if I could get my existing one to run faster. I was recommended by someone in the industry to take it into Experimax in Sarasota and was so pleased that I did. Alex did a great job in bringing my computer back up to speed, he also checked out what was going on with my trackpad that wasn't clicking properly and even gave the laptop a clean on the inside for no extra charge, only charging me for the upgrade to increase the speed, which I thought was very reasonably priced. I brought the laptop in first thing in the morning and picked it up later that same day all taken care. I found everyone at this store to be polite, professional, really helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Dropped off an IPad for a repair estimate. Was told I would be contacted within a day for an estimate. 24 hrs later told they can’t look at it for 7 days. Would have taken it to another store. Service and employee training needs to be increased.

Summary: Thee Sarasota Experimax store is super lovely and chill. I just replaced my phone screen at another place a couple weeks ago and they promised “Apple Certified” parts… Well cut to 2 weeks later and the bottom of my screen stopped responding. I couldn’t even unlock the phone 9/10 times. So I went to Sarasota Experimax. The team (Alex and Brian) helped do the cheapest option first to see if it was a software problem. It didn’t work, so they tried out replacing the screen. They didn’t have me pay until I was satisfied that it worked. They showed me the first screen and there was a tiny wrinkle in the flat wiring. Brian explained everything that was going on and I didn’t have to pay super much for great service and the problem resolved. Thank you my dudes!

Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. Only cost $15 to get my screen protector replaced, and took less than 10 minutes. Definitely would recommend coming here for any phone issues!

I'm happy to leave a positive review for these great guys. I took my mom's iPhone there today after another place quoted her 70 bucks to replace the speaker in her earpiece. Experimax took about 30 seconds to diagnose her problem as simply dirt clogging up the speaker and charged us $30 to clean it. My mom had her phone working perfectly again in under an hour. Thanks guys for being honest and fair!
