My desktop computer wouldn't boot so I brought it to CPR where Steve diagnosed a fried motherboard. After finding one on eBay Steve help me identify it was the correct one. I ordered it, took the components out of the old one, put them into the new motherboard turned in on and bingo! It worked. I will always trust Steve at CPR for all my computer fixes!

Went in to inquire on their PS5s they advertised for sale, the staff was friendly and got me approved for one of their financing options for the console. I was skeptical at first thinking that they wouldn't have any in stock but turns out they don't have an issue with the supply of PS5s!, I would definitely recommend too check that place out even for their other services, and they even offer easy financing options for all the popular cell phone names and models!

10 stars for outstanding job well done by Darren and his team. Fixed my laptop that wouldn't turn on in no time for just the diagnostic fee and put a screen on my phone after that. This is your only stop needed for PC laptop or cell repair service. Unparallel attention to customer needs and service to match. Forget U Break I can't Fix, this is the only place you need. Laptop running like brand new with my SSD and 1 TB HD I can't say enough about these guys great work. All the greatreviews are true these guys are killing it

Great experience. Needed to replace the battery and finger print sensor in my 3-year old LG G6 and they promptly provided information and an estimate via email. They also answered questions via telephone. When I brought the phone in for service, they started on it right away and it was done in about 90 minutes. They also helped get the finger print sensor working again. My only complaint is the $5 convenience charge for paying in full over the phone. Difficult to justify. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend their services to anyone. -Joe M.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience using Cell Phone Repair (CPR) for my HP Laptop repair!! I received a critical blue screen error mid-work day on Friday. Working remotely, having a working laptop is crucial for me. After reading other reviews, I decided to call CPR. I spoke with Peter who understood immediately the error message I had gotten and he did have availability to take a look at it the same day for me. I dropped the laptop off immediately and expressed the sense of urgency in getting my laptop back as soon as humanly possible. Peter is an amazing young man who you can see truly has a passion and expertise for this line of work. He not only knew what the problem was, but was quick to address it for me. Peter's customer service skills are top-notch! He is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with! He even went the extra mile to always stay in contact with me, giving me updates along the way as to what he was finding so nothing would come as a surprise along the way. I ended up needing a new hard drive, which he installed. During this process, he took every precaution to move/save as much information as possible. Even having to manually transfer many files that weren't automatically transferred over from the old hard drive, Peter had my laptop up, running (even quicker than before) in less than 24 hours so I won't miss any time from work!! This, having been my first experience using CPR, I would say with the utmost confidence and without any hesitation that I highly recommend CPR for any computer issues. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy - they do NOT take you for a ride by trying to upsell you or oversell you more than what you need. Peter deserves a bonus - he's a great 'face' for the company in all respects. Thank you Peter!!!

I needed a repair estimate for insurance purposes. I called a few other places before CPR. They all wanted me to pay for the diagnostic for water damage repair, knowing I would not be repairing it. I can't blame the others, but CPR was quick to help me out in a time of need. I will definitely bring my phone to them in the future if I need repairs. Great customer service.
