I don't generally go in for the big corporate chains. But when I'm in the Altamonte Mall I always go in here and I've bought many things that I need here. They have useful electronics, they have kitch stuff and I always grab this or that for my grandkids. The BEST thing about this store is the very helpful, friendly staff who bend over backwards to help. I've NEVER heard, "I don't know" which is a pet peeve of mine. They NEVER walk past you without asking if you need anything. A great store and whoever is managing it NEEDS to tell their staff they are doing a great job. Thanks guys!

Their stock was great, the staff were kind and very talkative too, and funny, the prices weren't crazy cheap but not crazy expensive either, so just right in my opinion, i recommend.

Records are pricy but they have some sweet last run and discontinued toys on clearance. Snagged this from behind the counter at checkout, was super pumped.

Every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. T.C. and Chris always do everything they can going above and beyond to ensure the customers are smiling upon their departure. Professionalism is top notch with those two. I will continue to shop here as long as it's in business, solely because of them.

They always have the best items in Fandom in stock, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for clothing or fun gift ideas

Had to walk out before I could buy anything because it took the one cashier FOREVER to do a simple transaction for the people in front of us. He wanted their personal information to try and sell them whatever membership they have there and then the computer kept messing up or he was incompetent, I don't know. All I know is I had better things to do than to stand there to buy a few things that I could probably get on Amazon cheaper. When we first got there there were 2 cashiers there kind of goofing off, but when it came time to deal with customers one of them seemed to disappear. I'm not sure what happened, but a line was forming and there was only one guy left to deal with everybody. I dumped what I was going to purchase and left.

Seems to be going out of business with stock on shelves. Staff had that secret shopper security vibe going on. Stealing must by prominent. Lots of cool collection merch

Good place to shop for select Fandom merchandise. Staff asked several times during my visit, in different areas, if I needed help; not pushy or making me feel uncomfortable- just available. They were helpful. Store is a good size, not too large, not to small, where staff can focus on customer service and keep the store neat and clean. I'd shop here again. Prices were reasonable.
