The one star is only because one of the girls with long black hair who works there idk her name but she started cussing when a customer had left the store. While i was still in there with my mom and my 8yr old. Thats so unproffesional you dont cuss in front of customers and especially little kids . She was loud about it . I wouldnt want to go there again because i dont want to hear that! The guy who helped us get our phone was really nice and helpful though.

They were very helpful, you can't count on the one in Menifee, they never open when they should. I waited until after 11am last time. They are suppose to be open at 10.

Terrible customer service. Went in about 2:30pm on a Sunday with two employees working. A total of four customers waiting for assistance, but told only one system was working so to be patient. I did not mind waiting, however another customer came in and began speaking with one of the employees and was helped before all of us. I'm not certain if there was an ability to schedule an appt or something of the nature, however I was waiting roughly 25mins when the incident occurred so I was extremely upset. I waited an hour total just to buy a sim card, absolutely ridiculous.

Person name glenn didnt let me go in andmakea payment rigth at 6:58 pm violating business code having a sign oustside in the door open from 9am to 7pm so I dond recomend this dealer at all and I will call to the corporation and make a writing complain to the city.

I was here rigth 6:59 pm and glenn violate the rule of open business hours shouting the door in front of me telling me it was closed. So i told him I will report him and he answer in a bad way not letting me in.

Celia charged us for accessories that we did not buy. Before paying I asked her for a run down of the price and she made up and lied about what she was charging me. After I paid, she folded up the receipt and stapled it to the bag . I undid the receipt only 5o find out she made up the charges she told me to cover up the accessories she added without my concent. And when you look at 5he back k of receipt it days no refunds on accessories. Fraud and I'm reporting her to the company and disputing the charges

I dont recommend this place at all. They really dont know how to do their job. Always takes for ever to get help They also charge extra merchandise on to total Then fold and staple the recipe so customers don't find out the extra charges. When you go tell them they say they cant do anything and make up all kids of stories No recomiendo este negocio No saven acer su trabajo cobran extra a los clientes cobran mercancia que nunca resiven los cliente Los clientes no se dan cuenta por que los trabajadores te engrapan los recivos con otros papeles
