I usually don’t write reviews but I really felt like this America’s Best deserved one. The staff was amazing & welcoming. I was so nervous going in because i’ve gone to other places for my glasses like Lens Crafters & had bad experiences with their Customer Service. Luckily that wasn’t the case with America’s Best . Their staff members made us feel welcomed. They took their time to answer all our questions I genuinely felt really cared about during our visit. I had the opportunity to be helped out by Jennifer she was the best. She went out her way to make sure I was able to find the right glasses that worked with my budget. She was really patient with us & made sure we left happy. Thank you also to the Dr. who took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I higly recommend this office for your glasses. I will definitely keep coming back for all my future visit.

Let me start off by saying if there were 10 star rating I would give this place 10 stars. They were absolutely positively amazing. I’m 98 years old and need glasses to do anything, I can’t even see my playin cards at the Saturday night nursing home poker night. The doc had me try on these glasses and I felt 60 years younger. I sprung out of my chair with happiness when the he put them on me. He works magic. I love that doctor. Everyone there was amazing, they work their magic. 10/10

AMERICA’S WORST. Save yourself the time and do not come here. I want to start this review by saying I never do reviews unless they’re good, I’m not a Karen and I’m not a complainer. I have never had such a difficult time at an eye office before. My eye exam was on April 1st, 2022 for contacts. Everything seemed normal and I put it an order for daily contact trials. Weeks and weeks went by and my contacts still had not arrived. I called to get a set of trials to keep me going until by contacts came in and the lady on the phone was rude and told me that I shouldn’t have waited last minute to order contacts if I was low. Keep in mind contacts usually take max 2 weeks to come in after ordering, and I did have a 2 week supply left when I ordered contacts. It was a hassle but I was finally able to get trial contacts while awaiting for the contact lenses I ordered. I have been in this place at least 5 time to try to figure out what’s going on and always blank answers. I told one associate that I wanted to order biweekly contacts instead of the one I originally ordered and he said he would take care of it, yet he never actually ordered what I said. Today is May 16 and I still have not received the contacts that I ordered till this day. Over 2 months for contacts?! The staff is so incompetent and no one knows what’s going on. It is obvious no one communicates at this office. The only associates that were actually helpful and seem like they cared were Luis and Yari. Everyone else can care less if you’re being helped or not. It was so difficult to even get them to give me my prescription. I wasted so much time at this place it’s crazy. Save your money please and go elsewhere.

I loved my service at Americas Best. I may have bad eyes but they have the best quality service. Jocelyn helped me so much finding cutest glasses. Definitely recommend 10/10

The staff in Perris is awesome! I made an appointment for my daughter and I and was able to get scheduled right away. The Doctor was thorough with the exam and explained/answer all my questions. When it came down to the glasses, the girls up front were also great helping us pick out our glasses. Since I used my insurance, I was able to get my sunglasses at a great discounted price. At pick up both the managers helped us in adjusting our glasses and even adjusted some old glasses I had. Glad we have a great optometry place here in Perris.
