Thank god I found this place. I went to get an exam at Lens Crafters that charged me $100 for when they said it was $59 originally. Also once I gave them my AARP card for a discount. I picked a frame and progressive lens combo and they thought I was born yesterday. Tried to charge me $1,000 less 25% discount to $750 for 1 pair telling me that’s their discounted rate. I asked about the get 2 pair of glasses special. And they wanted another $500 for a total of $1,250 for 2 pair of glasses. I walked out mad. Drove down the street and saw Eyeglass World. Very friendly told me what I really don’t need and what would work better for me. I got 2 sets of glasses for ONLY $535. Come to find out Lens Crafters eye exam was way off the mark because after wearing my glasses for a few days it seemed blurry. I went back to Eyeglass World got their exam. They did a more thorough exam at less the price. I got my replacement prescription glasses today at no charge and they are FANTASTIC. Everyone was superb and I suggest don’t go anywhere else. GREAT SERVICE,QUALITY and PRICE. You guys ROCK. Dan N.

Lost my glasses on Wednesday and needed a pair before embarking on a 8 day river trip on Friday. Thank goodness for the awesome staff at Eyeglass World. Nice selection of frames with some good deals going on. The Doctors were awesome and the lab tech making my lenses went the extra mile to make sure I had a pair of glasses for my river trip. Can’t thank you all enough. 🙏

This was my first experience with Stanton, and it will be my last. The exam itself was fine. Due to the pandemic half of the exam was done via teleprompter. After the exam I was told my prescription would be ready in about 10 minutes. I waited and waited, and watched people with appointments after me get helped with glasses and leave. There were store employees talking amongst themselves and ignoring me sitting there waiting for over an hour to be helped. I finally had enough and walked up to the counter requesting my prescription so I could get glasses elsewhere and to be checked out. The lady helping me was understanding and was able to refresh the screen, pull my prescription and check me out. I was there almost 2 hours all told, and in the end left with no glasses purchased. I had 3 frames picked out to purchase, but preferred to leave empty handed after the lack of care shown by the staff. No one came to check on us, or find out why we were sitting and waiting for so long. Horrible service, though everyone was nice, I was left feeling invisible. I had to go up and act demanding to get any help at all, and that is not the way I want to act or feel. The gentleman assisting with my exam was the exception, too bad he couldn't help with my glasses as well. I would not recommend Stanton to anyone personally. Unfortunate as the prices and selection are nice.

I was in a few weeks ago and had a great experience, this was my first time getting contacts with them and the process went fairly quick. The do tors assist was very friendly and made sure the contacts fit well. I was then helped by Kristine, she was amazing, she made sure i used my benefits to their fullest potential. Kristine had great energy for it being close to the end of the day and honestly made my day. Thank you!

My daughter was in desperate need of new glasses since hers have been broken in the middle twice over. The Exam was quick and painless. While picking up her new frames Terasa welcomed us with open arms. She was very professional and friendly. She gave her honest opinion on frames to pick and and was very knowledgeable about the thickness and best options for my daughter. Once we were done and were checking out she asked to see my daughters broken glasses one last time, took them to the back and came back with some donated frames so my daughter wouldnt be embarrased to go to school with broken frames. We both were very touched and walked out of there in tears and very grateful to have met someone with such a kind heart.if you ever get the chance to go to eyeglass world, i hope you get helped by Teresa as well. We loved our experience there!

Not a good experience overall. At the 3 week mark they called to say the new glasses were damaged. Right. and now I wait another 3 weeks. So go somewhere else. Thanks for the response Nancy an actual email address would have been helpful! I want a full refund so I can go to Costco.

Fast, friendly service. From the eye exam (Kay and Dr Nguyen) to the picking out of frames, everyone was patient and attentive. Really helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience took just over an hour and a half. The selection of frames was decent. We were told 10 days until our 4 pairs of glasses would be ready but we’re called the same day and told they’d be ready in three. Awesome service.
