I came here with one of my clients for a vaccination. The lady with the blond hair and blue eyes is very rude. Her attitude is disgusting and ridiculous. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there or help customers. Never coming here again!

Worst CVS pharmacy. They get the medication mixed up then fail to tell me the correct one is unavailable. The pharmacy actually took back the wrong prescription which I’ve been told was illegal. This is why I stopped using this pharmacy over 9 years ago.

Terrible Service, no knowledge, no communication, lack of skills and common sense. These people love going back and forth with their mediocrity and hang up if they can't solve the issue. They hire plenty of people but plenty of them are empty air headed.

would give 0 stars if I could. Women yells at me on the phone and tells me I'm wrong after someone else told me they would call my doctors office to have a prescription transferred. She said they do not do this, swore at me when i told her they have done this in the past and refused to do it then hung up on me. Just go to the CVS is Old Greenwich, great staff, and super helpful. These people are rude, lazy, and nasty. 0 stars

I usually don't feel welcome when I come inside of this location. Nobody helps me out, I get stares as well. But this time, right when I walked in, one of the beauty consultants greeted my boyfriend and I and said if we need anything to let her know. I asked her where the bleach is and we talked about what I needed it for. Then she called over her coworker who happened to be a cosmetologist. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, they gave me a recommendation for the perfect product. This was the BEST service I've gotten at any CVS I've been to! I wish I had remembered their names!

Clean and bright and attractively arranged - better than my usual CVS. And well stocked. I found two vitamins that two other CVS stores did not have. At check out, I got 50% of one item on a buy one get 50% of on a second item when I explained there was only one in the shelf.

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life, but the service here is so consistently terrible that I felt the need. The staff is rude and I always run into issues here and never with other CVS pharmacies. With so many other options in Greenwich, do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy. Today I received a medication for my child that wasn’t even his.

I called about the women services offered through the minute clinic and I had to figure my way through a lot of automated options before getting a hold of someone in the department. Then when I spoke to the minute clinic they were very vague on what I needed and whether or not I could get what I was looking for. While there the physician was very condescending and not flexible about what I wanted. There was a really long wait and I was very disappointed to find out that I required more attention prior to the visit. I called specifically to find out if I could even get what I wanted and they made it seem as though I could and then when I got in the room I was denied the services requested. I was there for a whole hour and left the store with nothing more than a headache and time I can't get back.

Their staff does NOT want to help you. They just want to clock their time card and go home. Worse even; I called in advance for a vaccine to make sure they had it. They confirmed. When I drove down there; they say at first they don't have it. Then they say they do, but my insurance doesn't cover it, so I went home perplexed. I then called my insurance to double check found they lied at CVS! They never even checked at CVS, they just made up a reason to not do the work. Incredible!!

Today I make my second trip to CVS Riverside, CT to pick up the same prescriptions -- my first trip was Friday, July 13, 2018 and I was told that I incorrectly got a message on my phone saying my prescriptions were not ready and come back Sunday. I went back today and low and behold the "fill-in" Pharmacist - a floater by the name of Sandra started arguing with me. When I tried to explain my predicament, she cut me off and dismissed my remarks. She then asked me if I wanted my prescription filled now or tomorrow. Since I did not want to make a third trip, I said I would wait. I left the counter and started browsing the store (my back is to the pharmacy) at this point. The Pharmacist started yelling at me and she alleges I called her a #itch. The only word that went through my mine is this woman is CRAZY. She refused to fill the prescription - I spoke to the Store Manager - a wonderful woman who kept apologizing. I want to get the word out that this CVS has amazing associates EXCEPT for this floating pharmacist. CVS should never expose the public to such a combative and unprofessional person. I have filed a formal complaint with CVS.
