Cheap company. Cheap products. Lenses were scratched within 4 months. Replacement lenses were scratched after a few days. Had Costco lenses for 5 years with 0 scratches. Don't waste your money with this company. Will go back to Costco again.

Amazing service, The staff and the doctor really knew there stuff and help me out a ton to make sure i was comfortable with my eye contacts and glasses…… just a overall really good place to get glasses with a pretty good selection of eyewear as well.

Saturday evening, had one of the last appointments. Staff was busy when i walked in but i was greeted nicely and they were prepared for my appointment. Didn’t take long for me to get taken into one of the exam rooms. Everything was explained and easy. After my exam I was greeted by an associate and given my paperwork from my exam. I will be referring my co workers here for sure.

The staff here is great. I’ve come in for adjustments with glasses I didn’t purchase from them and they always take care of me no problem. Today I decided to come get an exam. I spent much less than I normally do and was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back.

Would recommend this place! I came in for an eye exam since I haven’t done that in 4 years and needed to upgrade my glasses. The tech who did my pre testing was so nice! I believe her name was Yelsa. Dr. Sendzik was super helpful! He was straight forward and very informative! He led me to the sales person after my eye exam and she was helpful! Her names denise and she was patient with me and informed me of the deals they had to offer! I’ll definitely be coming back here. Would recommend!

Jennifer is amazing!!!! Unfortunately, that’s the only good thing I can write. Bought what turned out to be very expensive bifocals with night glare. They arrived quickly but the arm broke off completely from the area it was attached to the frame. Not a screw loose but actually broke off!!! Went back to have them replaced to find out that even though it was definitely a manufactured defect I had to use my free replacement. Meaning if something should happen again it would cost me. I have been to the store at least 10 times to have adjustments made for the fit. I am not exaggerating the 10times either. I just went in again to see Jennifer for she is the only one I feel is competent. The glare guard I paid for does not cut the glare of headlights at night!! Jennifer held them under the lighting and said “yes these glasses have the glare guard and maybe it’s just my eyes it doesn’t work for!!!!!! WHAT?? Walked out so frustrating!!!! I definitely do not recommend this company !!!!! What a waste of time and money Maria Taylor

They have multiple deals. The basic most advertised is their $69.95 for two pair of glasses. Granted it is a plastic uncoated but for the price and having my vision back to 20/20 with them I didn't mind. These basic 69.95 lasted me 3 years. (Although I should have definitely come in at my one year mark, my RX changed in that time i was shocked when doctor showed me my current rx vs my new one- definitely recommend coming in at least once a year). You cannot even tell the lense is plastic PLUS they don't break as easily when they fall. Today I got their 69.95 which as advertised has 2 pairs of eyeglasses and the eye exam. I did pay extra for the Retinal imaging and other testing, but I rather have peace of mind for a year or two that coffee and a bagel for 3 days. In addition, I got the anti reflection scratch resistant coating on the lenses. Anything additional like bifocals or anything like that beyond the uncoated plastic is a extra but for me with no vision insurance definitely worth the investment. I didn't feel rushed and I CERTAINLY took my time browsing through the wall of choices for frames. Jennifer was awesome even after putting in my order she took the time to answer questions regarding my upcoming appointment for my 10 yr-old and the frames and their specifications. Overall, I like this location.

Had a great experience. Was able to book an appointment quickly, staff was friendly and efficient, and my glasses arrived within a week! They even gave my husband a plastic case for his reading glass, which he bends carry them in a soft case in his pocket, for free. Great customer service. I went in for the $69.95 deal and I did pay $20 extra to have a full eye exam, the original price only includes a vision test to determine your prescription. I've seen people complain about the "up sell" of additional things, like the eye health exam, scratch resistant coatings, etc. I had vision insurance a few years ago. On top of the monthly premium, I still had an office co-pay, AND had to buy my frames as well. With insurance, it cost me around $150 (not including my premium) for my exam and a single pair of glasses. I got 2 pairs with America's Best for almost 50% less expense. Great selection of frames as well without having to upgrade! I will definitely use them again.
