Pep Boys

Jorge was extremely helpful & kind! I came in and not only did he greet me but made me feel more than just the average customer. I was able to get my maintenance & tires all done within less than an hour. This establishment was clean, neat, & orderly. The team & technicians were all very nice & respectful. These day’s it’s hard to find great mechanics that won’t tax you an arm & a leg. 100/10 experience today! Highly recommended! ~Angel

America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Saturday evening, had one of the last appointments. Staff was busy when i walked in but i was greeted nicely and they were prepared for my appointment. Didn’t take long for me to get taken into one of the exam rooms. Everything was explained and easy. After my exam I was greeted by an associate and given my paperwork from my exam. I will be referring my co workers here for sure. ~Farrell

Staples

I went to the Rancho store to do a print job. I told them I would like to do a test print and if it looks good I would like to use my own special paper. I explained what I was copying and what the paper was. He said he would be happy to help but his tray 5 was broken. He recommended I drive to this location on El Toro and they would happily assist. I get to this location and explain the details again and she said she would not be willing to assist but wouldn't explain why. Huh? ~K

El Toro Mail Boxes

I've been shipping packages from here for years, and even though I've moved 20 minutes away, I still drive here to ship my things, because it is worth it. Every time I've tried someone else they just don't measure up to the quality of service I get from El Toro Mailboxes, so I've stopped trying. Yes, they're that good. ~T.

Walgreens Pharmacy

I love that this Walgreens has a drive-thru to pick up prescriptions - especially during covid surges, this was very much appreciated. I don't. normally shop at pharmacies, so the small size is fine for me - I prefer my pharmacy to be local and with a drive-thru. I also liked that I could schedule my covid booster sooner than other pharmacies - and when I went in for my booster, I waited for maybe 5 or 10 minutes, compared to over an hour when I took my kids to get their first shot at a large Walgreen's! ~Rebecca

Ulta Beauty

I walked in not knowing where thing were and the cashier helped me and did an outstanding job telling me about the new Fenty products that arrived at Ulta. The store was clean, friendly and they were ready to serve customers. I never been to Ulta before and this visit has created a repeat customer. I even signed up for the loyalty program that they have where you can get points to earn free items. Thank so much for helping me find what I needed and find out items I was curious about. Great Job! ~Sweet

Tula Markets LLC

This little meat market has great produce. It also has an excellent selection of food to go. I had an al pastor taco with enough meat for two tacos. Price was 3.75$ so they are bigger than street tacos. Also had a 1/4 chicken mole with a friend, about 12.50$. A generous piece of thigh and drumstick. This is covered with a small jacuzzi of mole sauce. For those that don't know, mole is a deep brown almost black savory gravy. Better described as whats NOT in it it has unique flavors and ingredients. Every Abuela (Gmom) has their own family recipe. The sauce at Tula's was on point. Not too sweet and all the flavors came through. Plus if I'd had a chicken breast too there was enough for more chicken. Combo served with rice n beans a bit of cheese on top. Five corn tortillas given too! Then house picante red and a bright green sauce plus limes. They had all the meats; barbacoa, carnitas, pork skin in green sauce, asada, shredded chicken. I'll definitely be back to try that barbacoa. Note *** Food is to go but a few simple tables are outside. No restrooms. The sun is toasty in the summer afternoon, but the food so worth it. Provechos! Also, try Tula's grocery a little south @ Rockfield. ~FairWinds
