George and the team are fantastic! Battery Fail. I called them Battery in stock Said I would be there in a hour. Sure enough battery switched out. Vehicle checked over. Just good old fashioned customer service and an affordable price Thank you!!!

Jorge went above and beyond when I called him last minute due to a nail in my wife’s tire that we just bought from them. The service was excellent and he went out of his way to get us fixed quickly and back on the road. Great service and customer care from him and his team.

I recently went to this location for an oil change. All of the employees there are personable and respectful, and I feel very trustworthy. The prices are good and they even tightened up one of the belts at no extra charge. I’d recommend this location to anyone who is in need of an oil change or other automobile services.

Jorge was extremely helpful & kind! I came in and not only did he greet me but made me feel more than just the average customer. I was able to get my maintenance & tires all done within less than an hour. This establishment was clean, neat, & orderly. The team & technicians were all very nice & respectful. These day’s it’s hard to find great mechanics that won’t tax you an arm & a leg. 100/10 experience today! Highly recommended!

I had a flat tire in Irvine this morning and needed service ASAP. My insurance recommended this company, so I got my car towed here for service and replacement. They mentioned that they were backed up, which I was okay with as I can Uber to work. After dropping the car off and getting to work, within an hour I received a call that my car was finished! Appreciate their fast turnaround time given I was a walk in.

About 3 weeks ago I was caught in a horrible situation where I had a blow on the 405 and my spare had a hole in it (my fault), this was 5;30 pm but Big O tires Irvine Center Drive told me "well we have to be out by 6pm (sorry), Feeling helpless another guy who was "turned away" by Big O whispered to me "Hey, Pep Boys is open...they wont let you down (follow me!)...I had just enough air to get there... although my guide had to go home he pointed out Pep Boys (tires only) Lake Forest Town Center, I honked in "Thanks" and he gave me thumbs up.... .....Sergio was the life saver behind the counter, He pointed out both Tires were down to the Core and I was getting a spare anyway, so 3 new tires... What impressed me was Sergio was not concerned about what time it was...he said "we will close when we are finished installing both front tires for you and make sure your spare is safe and ready for use...He made the short wait for my car Feel very easy and relaxed... I felt lucky I found Pep Boys... after the cold shoulder from Big O, I will cheerfully go out of my way to promote Pep Boys Lake Forest and especially Sergio...thanks mate, you really made a difference....

After countless times of jump starting my car, I bit the bullet and went to Costco to buy a replacement car battery. Costco did not provide installation so I called around and found Pep Boys. They offered to sell me the battery and provide installation for $15 or install the battery purchased elsewhere for a flat fee ($130+). Since the batteries cost the same, I opted to buy the battery and get it installed at Pep Boys. Jorge answered my call and was able to get me in same day! In fact, I only had to wait for the technician (Dryden) to wrap up with the current customer. Dryden was also kind enough to let me watch how he did it and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. The installation was very professional and efficient and I could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend this Pep Boys and especially Jorge and Dryden. They are the real MVPs!
