Everything went seamless, I was nervous at first since I received bad reviews about the service, however, Ms. Shandra Jackson was great. She was kind and patient, explained how it all worked, it was my first time purchasing prescription glasses. It only took an hour to have them created and ready for pick-up with no hassle.

Great place and beautiful selection of designer brand frames, The place has plenty of mirrors and wide enough to look at yourself with the new frames from all angles. The service is amazing I was helped today by a lovely lady “Arizbeth” she took time and effort looking through the inventory boxes and shelfs to find the transparent glasses that I’ve been looking for. On top on that they do it right away in store if they have the prescription. Much Better than other places that send frames to a lab and wait around 2-3 weeks to get your glasses. I totally recommend this place it has good vibes and service.

After going to multiple Eyeglass stores, this one was the only one that carried the specific Club Masters w/ a silver brim! I’ve already had a quotes from a few other retailers, the price here was better compared to the competitors not only that but they included all the extra features like blue light lenses at no extra cost! What stood out out for me was immediately greeted by Shandra & having a very great experience for my very first eye wear purchase. My biggest upside with this store was they had my eyewear READY IN ONE HOUR! I was told 3 weeks at every other store! Will be coming back in the near future for all my eyewear! Thank you, Shandra!

Shandra was incredible! I brought in a pair of gucci eyeglasses which were very bowed out. I actually hadn’t been able to wear them since I bought them a year ago. At first sight they thought it would be impossible to adjust to fit me. She and Bryan worked their magic and made them wearable for me! Amazing experience and will be back!

I never had an appointment cancelled before for being there on time just because I did not answer their phone call on the day of my appointment. Did they not think that I could be driving That’s why I didn’t answer! It’s ridiculous! Oh well you lost a customer! How many more? Bad for business I can say!

I would give 0 star if that’s an option. Waited for two weeks for my glasses and was told my lenses are out of stock. What’s funny is the sale girl didn’t think it’s their problem, so no apologies but lots of attitudes from her. Would recommend all not to visit that place and to avoid getting upset by this place. Just go online if you can.
