Sign says 5.79 per gallon. Went to 5 pumps, 2 said $5.89 and 2 said $5.84. Pumps are not set to the advertised price. I finally found a pump at $5.79. Would not take my credit card, said my zip code was wrong. 92586 was put in 5 times. Went across to circle k and had no problem. Thank you Circle K. 7-11 SUCKS!!!

Lady behind the counter was rude. The bathroom was blocked off and had no toilet paper. We spent money on gas and we were first told that we weren’t customers. When we objected we asked about toilet paper, and were told there is none. This is a place with terrible customer service, do not support.

Just left there. The lady at the counter either can't count or was trying to ripoff my husband and was rude when he asked for his proper change. Her behavior made him react rudely back to her. She eventually gave him his change and told him "don't come back!" We won't be back and from looking at the other reviews, we are not alone. Your employee(s) is/are killing your business.

While inside the convenience store, an elderly gentleman slipped on an overly wet floor. The clerk slowly walked over to him and started yelling at him for falling. After helping him up, I talked to the clerk. He said that he had a sign there and it was not his problem. While I understand the sign was there, it was not visible from the angle the elderly gentleman had entered the aisle. The gentleman hurt his elbow and the clerk didn't seem to care. When I asked the clerk if he could help the gentleman fill out an incident report, the clerk said that they didn't have any. The clerk became very belligerent and rude to both myself and the elderly gentleman. Another couple who saw the incident chimed in with me. The clerk was very rude and disrespectful. I asked the clerk to call the owner. After speaking with the owner, he told me that it has happened several times and that they do not have any procedures if somebody was hurt. Myself and the other couple gave the elderly gentleman our phone numbers and I asked for the clerk to make sure somebody reached out to make sure the elderly gentleman was okay. No one has contacted me yet. I cannot believe how rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional this place is. If you've had several incidents of people falling, you need to put better systems into place to notify customers of wet floors. There was actually puddles of water on the floor. I will never come back here. 7-Eleven should not allow this franchise owner to represent them.

The store itself looks great, its brand new and has about 50% of pumps working. The air station works good and its free if you ask the clerk. The customer service here is non-existant, there is no courtesy or kindness from my experience. Gas prices match or are 5 cents higher than the competing stations on this exit. The clerk seemed very upset to be there.

Sad store...Brand new and looks in bad shape already. Be aware of the constant use of the same blue glove at register that is still worn serving food. Corporate has special clear ones that they're supposed to put on each and every time they touched the food products, food area, and or food boxes products are to be stored in. Take your chances here. The same owner owns more than one 7-Eleven and I wish corporate would just watch a video of these workers putting the food out to be cooked and how they serve their customers. Gross.
