Walmart has let me down almost every single time. There stock never matches online. Always takes forever to check out. Curbside ordering is even worse. I've waited an hour and a half for my order because I couldn't come back after I've checked in. There were multiple cars leaving before me that have arrived after me. I only come because it's close to my house but after today they have lost my business completely. This is what I get for not going to target.

Was my second time here and everything is organized and all the employees we dealt with where helpful and nice. We got fruit and vegetables looked fresh , they had a huge selection of meat 🥩, chicken , shrimp , bacon 🥓! All the isles are all organized and well maintained! We did self check out and the process was easy ! Marlene & Alondra where so helpful at the check out and assisted us with the register . Definitely recommend this store ! The only issue was there was no shopping carts 🛒 by the entrance 🤦🏽♀️ on both sides ( We came Aug 5,2022) Saturday morning 😳 ✈️♥️Follow me on IG: childofgodliz85

Employees are great, place is clean, no doubt in that, selection... not so much, if you check "nearby" Walmarts they all have the items you're looking for but this one? Better luck next time.... a good example is Sam's Zero Cola, always available in Hemet and most of the times in Moreno, but Perris? Buy a lotto ticket instead, you have better odds, and this is a Walmart brand, IF available I have to have them delivered or shipped, why is a Walmart branded soda so elusive? Beats me. Second, bakery goods for sale are always 3+ days old, I'm talking about the Italian loaf, french bread, random pastries, etc. what's up with that? I only see this in the Perris Walmart, whenever I go to Moreno, Riverside or anywhere else you rarely see one baked good 1-2 days old UNLESS it's in the discount cart, It's very unusual to find ones baked the day you're in unless you scour through the older breads right under a giant "Fresh" sign, hilarious. The most annoying thing I've encountered is that you'll see items available in-store and for pickup on the website/app but are NEVER on the shelves, for example went this morning to pickup some "Sam's diet cola" as it showed "in-stock" and available for pickup, none in the shelves do I had to go with pickup for later... like come on... you could blame it at the early hours but this has happened in the afternoon and evening.

They made me fight tooth and claw to get a Gift card for a mistake that they made. 1. An employee made the mistake of not giving me an item and charging for it. I left and noticed after. I called first to make sure I can get my money or the items they agreed. Than I stood in line 3 times for over an hour and was treated with great discourtesy it sucked.

Worst customer service I've had at any Walmart I've been to. I WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES on a Sunday late afternoon to pick up a very small order I'd placed online. After waiting 20 minutes I was told (after calling the supervisor for the second time) that there were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting another 25 minutes, and seeing 5 more cars get their orders fulfilled before mine, I knocked on the pickup order door and spoke to the supervisor in person. I'm not sure what was going on behind closed doors but I wasn't too impressed by management. My order (which was so small it didn't even fill half a Walmart shopping bag) was hanging on a peg by the door. Any one of the employees (including the "supervisor") working that day could have just grabbed it on the way out while fulfilling the large grocery orders they had. One of the worst managed Walmart stores around.

There were a lot of people, and of course they were polite but they always ended up stopping right where I wanted to be.

Also, the workers take forever to help with locked up items or there’s nobody around because the employees are busy in a different aisle having a full blown conversation with another employee.
