This review is specific to the rude employee names SIVARA . Completely unprofessional and rude, gives the store a complete distaste to go to. Was looking to exchange some items and was speaking to a very polite cashier who was a bit confused as to how to exchange and item. I was aware with out a receipt you can only exchange and i was ok with that . when she asked the rude sales woman (SIVARA) for help she had an attitude and eye roll. claimed I coulndt exchange anything. I asked if there was someone here such as a manager who could. she got loud and said well there's a manager but he's just going to say the same thing. before i could answer she rolled her eyes and went for him. at this Point I was not happy. Henry the manager came and professionally found a solution. Sad how 1 bad person can change a complete perception of a store.

It took me a full minute to realize the men's wear wad all tucked along the left side or the store. Relatively organized. Exact same stuff as TJ Maxx

I love Ross! It's kind of like a treasure hunt while shopping there. The prices are so low, but sometimes they do not have the specific item you're looking for (it all depends on when the truck delivers merchandise), but you'll probably leave with a cart full of stuff anyway😀! Ross is my 'go- to' department store!

I bought a shower Caddy right before Christmas. When I went to put it together, there were several pieces missing including a long rod. Which tells me this must of been a return that was put back on the shelf. When I went to return it, the Manager Salwa, Told me they had to take 5.99 off the return price because it’s been marked down! Mind you I bought the last one in the store and paid 15.99 for it! I asked how it was marked down when I bought the last one and there have been no other since, and she just shrugged her shoulders! I asked if I could exchange for the same price I paid for something else and she said No! That is absolutely terrible that this place is out here scamming people like that! I shop here often but trust me when I say I won’t set foot in this store ever again unless they make this right!

Now I shouldn't expect more from Ross but please stop putting multiple tags on articles of clothing if they're going to leave holes. After I take off the price tags, whatever plastics they use for stringing the tags leaves holes, it's especially upsetting if there's 2 or 3 of them on one garment. In the wash, the holes will just get bigger and bigger. At least Marshall's/TJ Maxx strings it to the label in the back and not the actual article of clothing.
