This could possibly be the slowest pharmacy is America. I almost always have to wait close to 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru, regardless of the time of day. I understand they might be understaffed, but at a certain point you have to question if that’s the only reason they are so slow. The workers are usually friendly but nothing could make up for how slow they are. Drive to the next closest pharmacy, you’ll still be saving time.

It's not convenient if they can't ring you up in a timely fashion. Long line, register broke, moved me to another broken register, then wanted me to move again. Waited so long that the person behind me left before they broke the register. Had to be one star, I couldn't exchange money for goods.

Don’t schedule any vaccines at this store! On 3 different occasions—all recent— we had appointments, but still had to wait an hour. It wasn’t crowded…the pharmacist is just very slow and doesn’t seem to care how long you have to wait.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, no one wants to service you until they want to. They never have the medicine on stuck, you waited in line for over 20 minutes just to tell you that your medicine is not ready yet for pick up . Just terrible service there. Go some where else.

The Advocate Clinic at Walgreens 135th St Plainfield IL exceeded my expectations. The appointment was met exactly on time. The nurse practitioner Anitra(APN) bedside manner was awesome. I was well treated so good and was well informed leaving having a good piece of mind I was on my way to recovery. BTW the prescription was immediately ready too. No waiting. Staff at the Walgreens Pharmacy always the best.

The pharmacist in this location is so unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t seem to know what she was doing. Will change our pharmacy choice from today’s experience.

I came in to this store to grab some medicine. The cashier Jennifer is at the top of my list for horrible customer service. I greeted her and received no response. She rang my items and didn't bother to tell me my total. She handed me my bag and that was it. She didn't speak the entire transaction nor did she make eye contact. This location should hire better associates who know how to provide customer service. It deterred me from asking her for any sort of assistance.

Worst pharmacy I’ve come across. Waited about 30 minutes in their drive thru (no exaggeration, people were actually pulling out and leaving) to drop off a script. I drop it off and get a call as I’m driving home that they don’t accept a paper script. I then had to drive back and wait another 20 minutes inside. No apology, no nothin. Went down to street to Jewel and they helped me in 5 minutes. Just don’t waste your time here. They’re the slowest and the pharmacist makes up their own rules which I’m not entirely sure you’re allowed to do. Very slow, very unprofessional group. Won’t go here again. Hope they figure it out!
