i had a pick up order and they gave me mine and someone else’s order which i didn’t realize til i opened the bag when i got home. i get calls from them saying i need to come bring their stuff back. i do the gracious thing and bring their stuff back but honestly it is ridiculous that you’re calling me telling me to bring the stuff back that was YOUR mistake. i have to waste my gas money (especially during this time) because you guys are a MULTIBILLION DOLLAR corporation that doesn’t want to rectify your mistake yourself. i will be taking this higher up. i do not recommend this walgreens.

Pharmacy is great. But you know what isn't great? Having to open doors with screens and cameras on them showing pictures of fully stocked stuff, but behind the door is empty shelves. Why would you put screens on these doors? Such a waste of resources all for marketing BS and measuring emotional responses on cameras. I used to buy so much stuff here other than prescriptions, now that's the only thing I'll buy here.

Called to say I would be 5 min late to covid test, told it was fine, showed up 4 minutes late to be told apt was cancelled. Wouldn't even let me come back the next morning. Glad I drove an hour round trip.

For the love God why cant you guys keep enough Dr pepper on the shelf and cooler ! it's been over a week now that the shelves have been empty ! if I have to keep going to other store to get it I'm not coming back and you gotta watch them on over charging you ! make sure you look at your Receipts they Consistently overcharge me 10 bucks everytime I go in and I'm sure I'm not the only one they bump . just think they probably have a thousand people buy something and if they bump only 100 of them 10 bucks thats a thousand dollars in the till at the end of the day now the have hundreds of store across America

There's no reason to go to this store anymore. They sell things then put them in the back so they can't sell them for no real reason. Not to mention any product you can buy there can be bought much cheaper EVERYWHERE else. The only product they used to sell that no place else used to sell is the 1.5 liters of pop and they don't sell them anymore. I'd much rather go to a grocery store to buy stuff cuz it's actually at a normal price. You pay a huge markup for Walgreens for no reason.

Continual issues with filling prescriptions. Pharmacies should fill a prescription within 24hr of date on an order. Not only is that not the case here but I dropped off a prescription with a full day ahead of time. Came back the next day to find it still wasn't filled. Why could it. It have been filled when it was dropped off ready for pick up in the date listed? I was told it would be ready. It wasn't. Now I will have to make a third trip back to this location. Will take my business other places.

Some items on the shelves are dusty. No one smiles here, the manager was extremely rude to the cashier because I had "sale" items that rung up wrong. It turned out that the manager has stocked the shelves improperly. The Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful though.
