Cici picked up the phone right away after I could not get anyone to pick up at the other branch and helped me with Zelle and getting that set up. Could not be more pleased and I will be coming into this branch now as she was quite helpful. ~chris

US Bank was good as a personal account - horrendous for business accounts. Not enough space/time to dictate everything but I will cite the impossible business wires outside the county...what a nightmare. As far as this location goes, I get harangued every time I visit about participating in services. I sometimes get calls ( like I need this) selling something...I live a few minutes from here but I do my banking 20 minutes away to avoid this spot... ~Taylor

I see the negative reviews, but after leaving this pharmacy several years ago b/c of how horrible it was, and the attitudes of the employees, I came back b/c my other one started using really poor generic brands and Meijer kept the decent ones. But besides that, they really upgraded the level of service and the various techs, and even two of the pharmacists have been super kind and helpful to me over the past few years. ~Joe

This could possibly be the slowest pharmacy is America. I almost always have to wait close to 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru, regardless of the time of day. I understand they might be understaffed, but at a certain point you have to question if that’s the only reason they are so slow. The workers are usually friendly but nothing could make up for how slow they are. Drive to the next closest pharmacy, you’ll still be saving time. ~Justin

Worse pharmacy we've had so far. Walgreens and Osco both were better but our insurance provider forces us here. Never make their quoted times which are always at least an hour. Never waited so long in a drive thru so long (outer one broke most of the time so you have to wait for covid tests to be done) Try anywhere else. ~Rusty

Pharmacy is great. But you know what isn't great? Having to open doors with screens and cameras on them showing pictures of fully stocked stuff, but behind the door is empty shelves. Why would you put screens on these doors? Such a waste of resources all for marketing BS and measuring emotional responses on cameras. I used to buy so much stuff here other than prescriptions, now that's the only thing I'll buy here. ~Travis

Horrible gas station. Usually the highest prices in town. Rude employees. BEWARE of filling your tires here. Usually, it’s often out of service and they don’t put a sign up to make customers aware. Once you put money in, it is gone. They refuse to reimburse you, saying it’s not their property. However, it has their name on the machine. What a joke! ~Kristen

I went to get gas and the pump I went to wasn't working. I went in and complained and a young lady with a septum peircing was kind enough to try and help me. Not a single drop of gas was coming out after we tried doing the prepayment method. So I went back in again to complain because I didn't want anyone else wasting their time on a broken pump. But this older lady with light blue hair was extremely rude and told me to go to another pump with an attitude. I proceeded to another pump and it told me to see the cashier. I eventually drove off being frustrated since that had taken 20 minutes and I was already late. I appreciated whoever that young lady was and I would've left a better review if she had been helping me the whole time, I enjoyed her customer service that much. ~Grace
