I haven't had problems before, but I was warned NOT to go get gas at the Circle K in Plainfield. Friday night about 7:20 it took 20 minutes to complete our cash gas fill up transaction . Had to get someone to turn on the machine and then the Jewel discount points wouldn't register so someone had to come out to the pump and as he was running out again and again to the various pumps, she stood inside only taking money, not communicating with anyone. I won't be back again! ~B

I wouldn’t recommend at all . I took my 2019 Benz for a wash and it rip my gas cover off and the company mgr is not willing to replace it at all now I have to go though my insurance company. FYI and damage that happeneds to your car they will not cover it wash at your own risk . It a nice car wash without insurance. Cheap fxxkers . Last Night. 2/28/2022 I tried to purchase gas from this shell gas station and tried to pay with card at the pump ,but it kept telling me to go inside and see a cashier So went inside and prepaid for my gas, with the same Bank card Got the gasoline Went Home 30 minutes later. I get email from the Bank Saying Verify suspicious debit card activity My card was skimmed Be aware of. Pump 5 ~John

This review is specific to the rude employee names SIVARA . Completely unprofessional and rude, gives the store a complete distaste to go to. Was looking to exchange some items and was speaking to a very polite cashier who was a bit confused as to how to exchange and item. I was aware with out a receipt you can only exchange and i was ok with that . when she asked the rude sales woman (SIVARA) for help she had an attitude and eye roll. claimed I coulndt exchange anything. I asked if there was someone here such as a manager who could. she got loud and said well there's a manager but he's just going to say the same thing. before i could answer she rolled her eyes and went for him. at this Point I was not happy. Henry the manager came and professionally found a solution. Sad how 1 bad person can change a complete perception of a store. ~Karina

Friendly customer service. Quick and efficient. Clean! And they have the best gas prices the area! Dispite the fact that they're sign for gas prices. Yesterday it read $4.12, when in fact it was actually $ 4.05per gallon. LOL so always check the pump. You usually get a great surprise.😉👍👍👍 ~Tina
