Several pumps not working. Card readers getting stuck. When you go inside, staff shows no care or concern - just tells you to move to another pump, and try again!!!

Last Night. 2/28/2022 I tried to purchase gas from this shell gas station and tried to pay with card at the pump ,but it kept telling me to go inside and see a cashier So went inside and prepaid for my gas, with the same Bank card Got the gasoline Went Home 30 minutes later. I get email from the Bank Saying Verify suspicious debit card activity My card was skimmed Be aware of. Pump 5

Staff is friendly, store is clean, great drink selection. This is my go-to gas station.

I agree with other reviewers that the staff is great and very attentive. Particularly Bethany when I was there, she was exceptional and I would prefer to come and support this location, knowing that the employees care about their customers. Also I really like the selection of items at their convenience store. Drinks, snacks, even cute summer apparel. They also have the car wash that is soft touch and touch free options. I had my car was there and was very happy with it, I will go back again. I was at another shell station, closer to us, this was the day before, there I had a bad experience. I bought a Supreme car with my gas but the machine stopped working in the middle of the soap. This Shell is the one located at the corner of 75th and Rickert/Plainfield-Naperville. The employees there was not helpful when I need assistance and they refused to give me a credit or refund for the broken wash machine. I will not support this Shell in the future.

The car wash door was frozen shut when I tried to enter, and the kind staff apologized and gave me a free upgrade/washcode for my trouble. Above and beyond good service.

Just got notified by my credit card company that after I used my card on one of their pumps, my card was skimmed and attempted to be used at various locations in the Oswego and Montgomery locations. I tried calling this Shell to alert them to check their pumps, but nobody answered the phone with no option to leave a message.

I asked about the Dunkin Doughnuts that used to be there and where I could find another. The guy was rude and said he hated DD and didn't know where they moved and didn't care..Rude. I found it a block away. Won't shop here again, Gas stations everywhere on 59 find a different one
