The process of buying a new phone has improved significantly since I last bought one. Caleb was super helpful, going straight to a product that was what I wanted, at a price I was very happy with. Although there were other options, he was very helpful in my arriving at a product I was comfortable with, instead of trying to up-sell me something I didn't want. Also very friendly and personable so that I felt comfortable with the process, something I normally dread. And the time it took was unexpectedly brief. It was all very efficient, and for such a quick visit, and minimal effort and cost, I now have a great new phone, and I can go on about my day.

Nick was very helpful and super patient in showing me how to use my new iPhone 12. He also explained all of the details regarding payments so it was very easy for me to understand and he helped me to choose a case for my phone that was in my price range. I applied for. Verizon credit card and he told me that when I receive it I can come into the store and he will explain all of the perks and how it works. He is definitely an asset to Verizon!!

We had to order the phones because they weren’t in stock, but the process was smooth and they called us right away when they arrived and got everything set up! Great experience!
