The process of buying a new phone has improved significantly since I last bought one. Caleb was super helpful, going straight to a product that was what I wanted, at a price I was very happy with. Although there were other options, he was very helpful in my arriving at a product I was comfortable with, instead of trying to up-sell me something I didn't want. Also very friendly and personable so that I felt comfortable with the process, something I normally dread. And the time it took was unexpectedly brief. It was all very efficient, and for such a quick visit, and minimal effort and cost, I now have a great new phone, and I can go on about my day. ~Dru
