I love Wawa but every time I order food or a beverage they always miss details on the order. Today I ordered a chipotle bowl with an egg and chicken to take to work for a late lunch. Can’t break a 20 with a purchase of $11.47 I order the same coffee every morning(comes with espresso) I have watched the girl grab the cup and go fill it with regular coffee, and never puts in the espresso that I pay for! They can’t make change or coffee. Terrible location!

I’m Very upset today October 18, 2021 at approximately 11:20 my helper and I walked in to the Wawa‘s as I go to the register I notice someone at the counter by the name Stephanie she saw me approaching the counter with money in my hand and completely turned away from me did not ask if I needed help or anything and at that time walked away from me while I stand there and stare at her this at this point to me seems Very racial Unprofessional and I do not appreciate being treated like I am not a US citizen by walking into a store and being refuse service if you asked me I probably would never go to another Wawa’s due to this devastating Experience That I have on a day-to-day basis with racial white people in these companies

I stopped by for gas and decided to go in for a donut and coffee. Just got the donut and proceeded to checkout. The woman at the cash register was talking to a guy about football...all good except she never once looked at me, just took my money and kept talking to the guy...I said thank you and she didn't even acknowledge me. I know this is just a "gas/convenient stop, but acknowledging customers is such a basic common courtesy. They should be training their employees to at the very least be polite and courteous.

If you pay in cash and receive change you will always get as many dimes as possible. Today I am 7 dimes and 3 pennies heavier. I asked for quarters. The clerk says that is how it is done here at WaWa. This is not a random occurrence. This happens at all WaWa’s I’ve been to. It’s time I finally write a review of this craziness. From now on I will pay in dimes or lesser change! 😢😋😝
