I have visited the pharmacy and minute clinic. The pharmacy was pretty quick, no complains. And the minute clinic was decent as well. The physician working was kind and explained the process of getting vaccinations and where to go to get things handled for the school. I appreciated that.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Zero empathy nor compassion from the staff ,and even worse, the head pharmacist. At least I understand from where this lack of leadership, compassion and basic customer service 101 stems. Words of advice from someone who has been in the field of customer service for over 22 years, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it." Please get better with this, or find a better field that doesn't involve contact with other human beings. This occurred on 6/20/21 at 4:28 pm.

Out of all the CVS I have been to, this CVS is the best!! Friendly staff, clean store! Always greet me by name! The pharmacy is a bit understaffed, and the pharmacy manager is fantastic but just needs more help!

Thee absolute worst experience ever! It’s clear why the staff is horrible because the Pharmacist Jolene is even worse. I had to wait for over an hour for her to get my prescription called in. She all but blamed me for her lack of knowledge of the system. She spoke my personal information loud enough for others to hear. She assisted another customer and I overheard her talking about me. She lacks professionalism and any representation of patient care. I will definitely never step foot near this place again. It’s clear they are in need of staff so just hire anyone… it’s sickening that any person would have to experience this from a brand like CVS! Save your time and peace do not come here!

Concern is on the lack of sanitation. The physician didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves before looking in my mouth. On top of her being short with responses and cutting me off mid sentence. I suppose the service was done that needed to be done for the visit but the lack of listening and sanitation was a concern. I’d wait for my regular doctor office to be open before I visit this place again.

By far the worst CVS location I’ve ever experienced. I never leave reviews but the service here warrants a complaint. Every time I’ve ever come to the pharmacy at this location, the experience is horrible and they never answer the phone. I’m done with CVS and will be using Kroger or Walgreens for the foreseeable future.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. I called today with a question. The tech didn't put me on hold and proceeded to have a very judgmental conversation with the pharmacist about me because of what insurance I have. I was on hold for an hour to get anyone on the phone to begin with, then to be talked about because of issues out of my control.... Yeah, great compassionate work, CVS.

I visited the Minute Clinic as was met with a very rude and dismissive nurse. She showed no compassion for my predicament and basically called me in so many words dumb for not the other alternatives that existed for me when they were closed yesterday for my scheduled appointment. I do not recommend this facility at all, save your gas and time.

I have used this pharmacy exclusively for my prescriptions for almost 3 years now. I have zero complains. Only accolades. The staff has always been accommodating and kind. If I have run into any trouble with my medications being called in, or refills running out, the staff at CVS has taken care of it, without me having to intervene. Choose another CVS Minute Clinic. I'm not one to post negative reviews usually but I had a very bad experience at this CVS Minute Clinic. The Nurse Practitioner who primarily staffs this location was very short with me and refused to provide the service that I had made an appointment (and taken off work) for. I pointed to the criteria for me getting this service at the Minute Clinic's own site as well as CDC's public guidance and she was curt and dismissive. I've had much better experiences at other Minute Clinics in this area (even this one with other staff) and I think this is just an issue with the particular person who primarily staffs this location. I would recommend choosing another location or another business altogether, your medical need may get handled much more easily.
