I had high expectations as the reviews here are mostly good, but unfortunately that was not the case with me. I just visited the store in Brickell to understand the options for a SIM card as I've just moved to the US. The staff was not able to explain me the differences between the $50 prepaid and $85 post paid (apart from the fact that I could finance a phone which was not interesting to me). And he was clearly keen to get done with me as new customers arrived and he talked to them in Spanish that I was leaving thinking that I didn't understand Spanish. Shame service AT&T, I'll get my mobile plan with someone else

the people there were really kind and helpful and helped me as soon as i walked in. i really felt good talking to the workers and they were always willing to help me. i even had issues with the line when i was at work, and they fixed the problem i had while on the phone without having to go to the location again. i really appreciated it.

I came in on Sunday, March 8th to buy a new iPhone because I had lost mine the previous day. I was fully ready to purchase a brand new iPhone 11 on the spot. I walked in and was immediately helped, I didn’t have to wait at all before speaking to someone. The process took a bit longer, but that’s to be expected as they checked for the product I wanted, brought it out, looked me up, etc. The clerk asked if I had insurance (I didn't know), looked up that I did, helped me file a claim to get a replacement for $150 instead of $700+, and gave me a free SIM card (I assume she waived the fee, super nice of her) so I could get an older (cracked) phone working again while they shipped my replacement to my apartment. This woman saved me a ton of money, was super helpful, and the store visit didn’t cost me a thing. The whole process took less than an hour.
