Awefull experience today. I took time on my Sunday to pass by the nearest T-Mobile store to fix a technical issue. I have a Business account with 4 lines and it is very inconvenient of not being able to receive phone calls from my customers. I have waited nearly 10 min for an associate to be available but that’s okay. I was approached by Alex in a proper manner, but unfortunately, when he realized I was not there to purchase anything he started to be rude and impatient. He started to cut me and quickly willing to show me it was my fault for not having the proper settings on my phone. While I waited nearly 10 min to talk to someone he won’t even give me 1 min of time to explain that the setting was done at his store by another associate and that I wanted that this time at least he would give me the exact steps on how to correct the settings myself in case it happens again… But impossible to say a word, he won’t let me talk. He was pressuring me and cutting me not willing to here one sentence from me and just expedite me out as fast as possible to be able to take someone else where he will make money. This attitude is simply unacceptable. If T-mobile accept my money for 4 lines plus purchases of devices for over 8 years they could spend few minutes to solve serious issues with their services when they occur. I don’t need to be treated like that and will give my money to another company. T-Mobile you lost my business for ever sorry!

is terrible to see how ALEX one of the representatives of T mobile gives terrible service to the clients, he is inly foucus on sell his phones to T mobile pays his incentive. T MOBILE really need to check on their employees, is so so terrible to have this type of moments in a billionaire corporation like this.

Yesterday, I had an awful experience with a salesperson at this location. She had no consistency with the information on the plan, and I felt like she was in a hurry, not listening to my requests on the payment plans. Ultimately, I canceled ❌ the transaction and left deeply upset about the customer experience.

I just purchased my brand new iPhone 13 Max with Tania after losing my phone, she was really helpful and knowledgeable. I came Into the store thinking I was going to pay a certain amount and she said we’ll see what’s the best we can do for you. A really stressful time losing my phone but she made the purchase quick & easy and even informed I had insurance in my old phone so I’m also able to replace it. I highly recommend her as a salesperson a lot of times they take advantage but she was really genuine. I left sooo happy with my new phone & also knowing I did not lose my other phone completely. This is my to go to T-Mobile after having her and will definitely recommend friends.

I can honestly say that my experience with JOHAN, the manager was the WORST experience any person could ever have. Not only did he make me CRY but he spoke to me in an rude, aggressive and sarcastic manner!!! In other words I could say that I was verbally harassed. Not to mention he refused to help me on an issue that was going on for the past four days. He not only refused to help me, but he also called me his “sweet heart” and “my love”, while touching my shoulders. I had just met him and maybe spoke to him for LESS THAN FIVE minutes!!! I NEVER gave him the right or the intimacy to talk to me this way. I FELT ABUSED! To be clear, everyone, the entire staff at this T-Mobile store was well-coming, kind, helpful. The only exception is the MONSTROSITY of the so called manager, JOHAN who should definitely not be dealing with service and customers. Ps. Devante was by far the most helpful of all!!!!

I can NOT even put into words how PHENOMENAL my experience was today at this T-Mobile location. Specifically a HUGE thank you to: JD, Bravo and Mimi. They went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with their customer service on making sure everything was perfect and what I asked for. Today was such a smooth experience, which is very rare when dealing with buying new phones/trading in old ones, promotions ect.. and they jumped through hoops and every obstacle to make sure that the phone I got, GB's needed and every last detail was secure and exactly what I wanted. If you're reading this, (and I can not express this enough...) I 100,000% recommend to go to this store location in Brickell, you truly wont regret it. Again, thank you so much to the team for all your help today and no matter where I am in FL, I will personally drive to this location for my phone/ service needs.
