DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! I walked in on 3/21/21 at 3:40 pm on a Sunday and I waited for someone to attend to us. Then I said excuse me two different sales associates and they acted like we did not exist. Worst service I have ever experienced. All I wanted to know is where I sign my damn name for service but I didn’t bother. I just left. Go to the one on 144 avenue and 42 street. Their service is much better.

Excellent service! Stephano helped us save over $30 per month on our phone lines. Very knowledgeable and intentional about finding us the best deals to upgrade our iPhones. Took time to thoroughly explain the different price options to my mom and me, and made very wise and well informed recommendations. Truly wanted us to find the best and most affordable option for upgrading our phones and changing our phone service plan.
