Horrible customer service! How these people have an overall rating of 4.4? Manager is on the phone playing games not playing attention, then the company doesn’t even do returns within 30 days. They honestly don’t properly advertise whats 30 days and whats not! I proofed to them and they didn’t care. It felt like a scam are running and i told them so. Good luck to future customers i wont be one of them.

Staff of this GameStop is not required to pick up the phone. I parked outside of the store (looking in) to find two employees talking to one another. Called on from my phone and witnessed them look at the phone and ignore the call. Did I mention that the store was empty?

its great we have a couple game stops within 7 miles of my home... its always fun to go to and their staff is always friendly and familiar with the games and peripherals.

They where nice to me over the Phone they Where nice to me in person . they where Cool. Love the fact they had hand sanitizer for every one. But I prefer bleach ( That's just me ) Ghost Room Zone was the best Gift i got from here . Share details of your own experience at this place

I've been here a few times and its really hit or miss with the attitudes employee's give you. At times they may be just ok, but most of the time its BAD attitude city. So you end up with this bi-polar type customer service. I feel as if its coming from the store leader. Perhaps employees here are being trained to give 'free' attitude if the store isn't hitting sales quotas or doing too many returns etc., in essence what can you, the customer, do for them, not the other way around. I was planning on buying a console and a few games here for Christmas, but seeing the attitude problem a girl employee at the counter gave another customer (granted it was to someone else, but it left a bad impression on me) made me leave and think Best Buy, or another retailer, is the better choice here, or if you are set on buying at Gamestop because of a sale, another location would be better served your hard earned money. Can't recommend this location.

I’ll try to be as polite as possible even when the staff of this store doesn’t deserve it at all. 1- My brother went to the store to update his membership information because the website wasn’t allowing him to do it and he wanted to get the notification to pre-order the PS5, apparently, they didn’t do it right because he never got the notification or any other offers from the website. Worthy to say the employee was rude af. 2- Last Thursday was announced that the company would have some PS5 available to pre-order, we called to the store they said they would have just a few but they wouldn’t know how many until next morning so they advised to be there pretty early (as usual) and the store would be open at noon. We passed by to another 2 stores closer to our house y they had a sign saying the qty available so people don’t stay there wasting time, we arrived to this store at 3:45am and there was no sign with qty and also already 6 ppl in line, so my brother was the 7th, i waited for him n the car. When it was finally the opening time of the store the employee comes out of a car that parked just a couple parking spaces behind us, that car was there when we arrived! The guy opens the store and at 12 o’clock comes outside and said we only have 8 to pre-order, The first 2 guys n line went in one of them with his girl friend and they finishes their purchase they jump on the same car the employee was on earlier... it’s like, really? Then the employee comes out again saying he was wrong that they only got assigned 7 to pre-order so there was only 4 left, even the guy in front my brother complained about that. My brother called to other 3 stores and them told him all the stores knew the qty assigned to each one since the previous day, meaning that this unprofessional employee felt free to called his friends and stay with them till next day to assign them the equipments, not even bothering to hide it... 3- we came to the store again today, the manager was there, my brother got a couple stuff and asked him to update his information, obviously the other employee didn’t do it the first time, so i also claimed about the situation last Friday, and the manager ignored me completely, like i was talking to the wall, really? What a shame of people.
